I am proud to announce the first of FNT’s many essentials albums. They will not just be dubstep, but also house, electro, hip-hip, and what ever else we can come up with. Each will be worked on by multiple people to get a true set of essentials, not just one person’s favorites.
Now to the music. A lot of thought was put into the creation of this, including the order to which the tracks are in. I would like to give a huge shout to DJ Coman for his input for tracks and the awesome artwork he created. This does not just contain mindless heavy drops, but an array of what dubstep has to offer to you the listeners. For my true dubstep lovers I added a couple good ones at the end. Oh,and did I mention there are 30 tracks? Enough of the talk, time for some DUBSTEP!

Dubstep | The Other Side Of Dubstep, Torus

Dubstep is more than just mindless heavy basslines as some of you haters tend to think. Dubstep is versatile, it can be used in any way imaginable. Some would call this GIRLFIRE, but I admit I really like this track. Torus usually does very heavy, hard hitting dubstep. This track is smooth and full of emotion. I have said it before, there are no rules of dubstep. Torus has proven that.

I am not sure what I enjoy more about this video, the song, or the Sensation footage. This song is going to be a banger from two of the best groups at making progressive house right now and of course everyone loves watching Sensation White clips and wishes they could go. Here is the latest Feed Me track that is fire. It is not like his more known dubstep work, but more along the lines of electro-house. He is able to craft an amazing song worthy of the highest praise and your download/purchase. It is also on Deadmau5’s Meowingtons Hax Tour Trax, so get it on beatport HERE.

Nature is awesome… so are these tracks. Beat Grinder is one of those producers no one has ever heard of until they drop an awesome remix like this one. When if comes to making remixes like this the most important thing is to maintain the vocals without over powering them with the bassline. Beat Grinder did just that giving us a perfect dubstep remix.

I have been wanting to post this track for weeks now, but every time I start writing a post I completely forget. Finally I get to share with all you what is now one of my favorite dubstep tracks.

The SoniXx is one of the best up and coming producers in electronic music and no one knows it yet. Every release he has made has ended up being fire. Although we have heard many remixes of this track, The SoniXx added a little of both electro and dubstep leaving us with an awesome remix.

This last track is for true dubstep fans. The beat is very dominant, in fact I didn’t know it had vocals until I listened straight through. The vocals are at the bridge of the track, but if you love dubstep it is worth the wait. I recommend you use good speakers or headphones because as I have learned anything else just doesn’t do this track justice.

This is soft-core dubstep at its best; beautiful vocals set off by build ups to minor yet powerful whomps. Don’t pass this one up folks, BIGLIFE will have this on deck for the rest of the month. There’s no denying that 90’s Finest is one of the hungriest duo’s in the game right now, and their dogged pursuit of their dreams is finally paying off. We first found them murdering electro beats back at the beginning of the year, and since then they have graduated to mastering their own production. Their latest release, Off The Wall, has everything from electro to hip-hop, and even a dash of dirty dubstep for good measure. Its amazing to see just how far these two guys have come musically this year, and I have a sneaky suspicion that this is just the beginning of big things to come for these charismatic Canadians.
