London’s Billon team up with Maxine Ashley to create “Special” that’s heating up the charts. “Special” lives up to its name, as I predict this could gain serious traction and become a summer anthem. Make sure you download the tune via their site below. This is a tune and a half. Ripper city!

Review | Mike Stud – Closer [Album]
Posted by BIGLIFE on July 20, 2014
Studnation is back and it appears Mike is closer than he’s ever been with his latest album, Closer. In May, Mike released a video to let his fans know about his new album release. The teaser reflects on the journey Mike has made from being a star baseball prospect to an even bigger prospect as a musician. This album shows growth and maturity in Mike’s life and music. He is most focused on being happy and letting the success follow. Does he have room to grow and improve? Most certainly he does, but even Mike knows he has a long journey ahead of him.

Chill, Compilation, Mix | WhitneyAbstraKt – A Night With Leyla

Curation is key. It is this fact alone that has allowed music streaming services such as Songza and Beats to be purchased for millions and millions of dollars this past year. And, it is this fact that keeps talented curators in the front of our minds and ears.
In the wake of endless singles, one-off radio hits, and all-around clutter in music it is nice to know that there are those out there that will spend tireless hours of their own time to bring a collection of the best music to your ears. Today, this glorious mix of tunes is brought to us by WhitneyAbstraKt in conjunction with Artistic Manifesto.
The mix is self-described as follows: “It’s a mild spring evening, the wind is gently blowing through her hair, and you’re out enjoying a night on the town. You have one thing in mind, but the night carries you in an entirely different direction. Before you know it, dawn has arrived and you realize that the entire night has been one hazy, disorienting, pleasurable blur. You just experienced “A Night With Leyla.” This is your soundtrack.”
Enjoy the eclectic musical stylings, and have a great Saturday night to accompany it.

Directed by Chris Levario, the video transports us to Winston’s Supperclub, where Play-N-Skillz whip the crowd into a frenzy of dancing and turning up. Sonically, “Party People” is a radio ready trap inspired hit that’s pays homage to their roots while showcasing their evolution as artists and producers. It’s an impressive official showing from the brothers, riddled with Dallas centric references complete with a melodic hook from recent signee, Shelby Shaw. Play-N-Skillz. Shelby Shaw. Bun Bun.
