Electro | Foster The People – Pumped Up Kicks (DSK CHK Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on August 9, 2011
Foster The People’s “Pumped Up Kicks” is one of the summer’s biggest tracks. In the few occurrence that I’ve been stuck listening to radio stations, I’d say about 70% of the time this song pops up. And even though we posted the song several months ago, it still hasn’t received any impressive club-friendly makeovers. That is, until today when a mysterious masked man emerged from the woodwork with a surprisingly refined track for such an unknown name. Fortunately for FNT, DSK CHK leaked a free remix of the track and FNT has the exclusive. DJ ALERT – this is straight up party fuel (don’t worry it’s been tested). If you’re as curious as I was about DSK CHK, click “More” for the official press release (yes it lets you in on a little secret about a hollywood budgeted music video we will be funding in the near future…)

Hip-Hop | Jazz Cartier – Far Away
Posted by BIGLIFE on August 7, 2011

Here’s the third release from Jazz Cartiers highly anticipated debut full-length album entitled “Losing Elizabeth”. Although we have yet to hear the other cuts off this project, the word on the street is it won’t disappoint. Normally we’d be a little skeptical but he’s been co-signed by blogstar Becky Bolton, so this will probably be something special. Tune in below and let us know what you think in the comments section.
Electro, Videos | De-Lor- That We Loved (Video)
Posted by GMONEY on August 1, 2011
Sebastian “De-Lor” Michael is a an up and coming pop singer/songwriter/producer from Boston who’s influenced by the sounds of R&B, pop, and electro. The big homey, DJ Moneybags, sent this new track over that will be featured on his first debut mixtape dropping in the Fall. I can’t say enough about De-Lor. Not only do I love his personal style (no homo) I see shades of Ryan Leslie in him. As always, be sure to follow this promising up-and-comer on Twitter and Facebook.

Electro | The M Machine – Trafalgar
Posted by Middy on July 25, 2011
We have known of this project that has been rumored to be Porter Robinson and Skrillex, but most signs point to this being the new name of Pance Party. It has been so secret that it almost seemed too good to be true. Their twitter is private, their facebook gives little to no information and everything about this project has been shrouded in speculation and secrecy. The album preview is absolutely absurd and though the video has been out a while, you can see why people have wanted them to start releasing songs. I don’t know how they kept wraps on this but this song is fire. This song is a great debut for the group and I am excited for what is to come from them.
