“You know I’ll call before I come. I won’t just drop on over, out the blue ooh, and I hope that you do too.”
Enter the RyhmeShack, where Josiah Hendricks makes his passion his profession. While most lack the courage to live the life they dream, Josiah has made his dreams a reality, rapping about his journey to the top in his recent “Run Forest Run.” Straying from over saturated motifs, Josiah brings a refreshing message to a hip-hop culture obsessed with mass consumption and wealth acquisition. Waiting tables by day and moonlighting as a rapper at night, Josiah will soon become a household name under the tutelage of MicControl’s Chris Taylor. As Josiah continues to take the blog world by storm, be sure to connect with him via his social networking sites below. The mp3 will be released when the video hits 5,000 views!

RnB, Videos | De-Lor – Superbass (Nicki Minaj Cover)
Posted by GMONEY on July 6, 2011
Sometimes when you’re a blogstar, you’re usually caught up posting what’s been sent to you. You’re piled high and deep with so many e-mails it makes it virtually impossible to have the time to actually seek out new music. However, when I was browsing facebook “deleting and un-tagging” all these wanna-be rappers who usually post their videos on my wall, I came across a video in my mini-feed that blew me away.
Sebastian “De-Lor” Michael is a an up and coming singer/songwriter/producer from Boston who’s influenced by the sounds of R&B, pop, and electro. Although his Facebook and Twitter leave many questions about his story unanswered, De-Lor is an artist that you should keep your eye on. Leave it to FreshNewTracks to find the undiscovered talent. Hat tip to Chris Taylor at MicControl for sharing this.

Not much to say here folks, just doing a little bit of catch up with some FNT fan favorites. Brenton Duvall chopped it up with me this past weekend so I had to give him the headliner on this post. Check out the dope video done by Chris Taylor, it provides some insight about the song while also illustrating young Brents talents.
