Chill | “Goldskies (Dreadhauk Remix)” Proves You Can Mix Heavy With Chill
Posted by VMan on June 9, 2016
Goldskies is a song that was remixed again and again. Now that a pause has come, “Goldskies (Dreadhauk Remix)” comes off particularly refreshing. Dreadhauk isn’t afraid of going into unknown territory when it comes to producing his tracks. “Goldskies (Dreadhauk Remix)” is a bullseye example of this.
Dreadhauk latest remix is a deep house / chill tune at it’s core, but carries this raw synth layer that fits surprisingly and gets better with each listen.

A combination of a warm organic guitar rhythm holstered by a timeless vocal melody, Starley has created nothing short of beautiful with her latest release, “Call On Me.” Using a harmonious percussive aspect to lead into the chorus while maintaining a funky sense of euphoria at the drop, this track gives listeners an oxymoron of feelings from tranquility to the urge to get up and dance. It is very reassuring to stumble across fresh talent, and Starley falls nothing short of that.

The doctor once told me dream pop is good for the soul and mind, and that doctor never existed, hah, but if he did, he’d be a wise man. Fresh off the release of their EP Tragic Lover, which you can stream below on Spotify, Back Back Forward Punch releases their third single off the project, “Machine Believing” and it’s the only dose of chill you’ll need for the day. Besides, you know it’s going to be good, when you get to the end, and the first thing you do is run it back, because nothing ever really lasts forever, but the repeat button helps. This is a must listen!

Abstract Hip-Hop, Artists, Chill, Freestyle, Indie, Pop | Leah Haxhi Remedies the Weekday Blues with her New Single “Okay” prod. IAmRizwan
Posted by BIGLIFE on January 26, 2016
Leah Haxhi is a singer songwriter currently working on her upcoming album in NYC. She paired with Bangladeshi producer IAmRizwan to create this atmospheric track that makes us feel like everything will be “Okay”. She free-styled the song in one take and then added harmonies to build out the song and create the organic feeling of the single. Leah is working with various producers and labels such as Afrojack, Armada Music, and MixMash Deep. We last gave you a taste of her EDM style with Armada’s record “When We Were Young” by Jaylex ft. Leah Haxhi, but here she shows us once again that her style cannot be put into any box.
