There Goes the Neighborhood, Chris Webby’s new project, was due to release today but he had to push it back until Thursday. So while we’re waiting he released the final leak. Produced by Don Cannon, Webby goes in and throws a good flow on the chill beat. I’m excited to listen his new stuff, I’ve grown to really like his stuff more and more after Webster’s Lab. Kid Cudi is making a comeback. I didn’t think it was possible after the uber fail, also known as The Legend of Mr. Rager, but lo and behold here he is! Remember when he was the epitome of chill? Me too. Please be the return of one of the more talented men in music for the past couple years. Rain and Mr. K.I.D. are the new releases and hopefully just a snippet of what to come.

Since enrolling at said college, I have become an insomniac thus the reason I always post chill melodic tunes. Mike Posner hits us with just that, super chill and super flowing. Bun B slaps it with his verse as he finishes out the song. Sorry I’m not sorry for a certain genre of music always being posted, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Hip-Hop | Chip Tha Ripper – Low Key (Prod. By Rami Beatz)

For me at least, this style Chip has going on in this track is nothing I have ever experienced from him before. I love the piano, besides the pun to the title, it supports the build to the drop of his chill, laid back vocals. This might be one of my favorite tracks of his now. It is something you can listen to driving around or chillin at home, it’s Low Key what else is there to say.
