New York producer Taylor Wise has been stirring up buzz with his past three releases all taking the #1 spot on Hypem. Spreading the ‘feel good’ vibes, Taylor Wise allows the listener to revisit the Earth, Wind & Fire classic, “September”. I promise you, this will have you singing, dancing, and best of all – acting like you’re an R&B soul artist. It’s not often that two of dance music’s biggest and best artists come together for a song, but when they do, it is sure to be massive. While a collaboration between Hardwell and Armin Van Buuren might have broken the Internet last year, the two dance music titans have finally put their heads together to deliver their latest main stage monster, “Off The Hook.” First played by Hardwell at Ultra Music Festival, “Off The Hook” combines the best of both producers, as the Revealed Recordings boss lays down a gritty, electro bass line, while Armin infuses the track with his trademark, up-tempo trance. You can get “Off The Hook” on Beatport here.

Electro, Progressive House | Sander Van Doorn, Martin Garrix, DVBBS – Gold Skies (Elephante Remix)

Sander Van Doorn, Martin Garrix, DVBBS - Gold Skies (Elephante Remix)

There are some songs that become remixed so much that people loathe seeing another one. “Gold Skies” is one of those, but Elephante’s take on it is among the best of them. His unique glitch infused with progressive house sound is always an entertaining listen. Pair that with the superb vocals from the original and you have a great track.

Jersey Club | Saint – Tamagotchi feat. Dai Burger (Jesse Slayter Remix)

This track is straight fire. No, really, this thing is hot. So hot, in fact, that I would be taking all my clothes off  if it weren’t so painfully obvious that nobody wants to see that.

The man himself Jesse Slayter  just came back with a brand new, hyped-up jersey club remix of Saint’s “Tamagotchi,” and I’m telling you right now that this tune is massive. To be completely honest, I almost started thinking that this whole jersey movement was a tad overhyped, but this record completely restored my faith, bed squeaks and all. The jumpy, amped-up vibes on this one will put you in the best of moods, so don’t forget to grab the free download, crank it up, and show this kid some love by giving him a like or a follow.

Progressive House | Eric Prydz – Liberate

Posted by on March 21, 2014

Everybody knows that Eric Prydz is awesome and almost every track of his is amazing. Typically, he releases his progressive house songs under the Pryda moniker. His real name is reserved for only the best of the best and this is one of them. My good pal and long time lover Middy has already given you the summertime metaphor when he posted the preview a while back so you should know what the song entails by now. Summertime, pretty much. This is progressive house at its finest.

Trap | JayCeeOh & Terror Dactel – Hear You Calling

JayCeeOh & Terror Dactel - Hear You Calling
NYC trap producer / DJ JayCeeOh has teamed up with fellow NYC producer Terror Dactel for the second time in almost as many weeks for another big free download. They sample Aurora’s 2000 single “Here You Calling“, something quite commonly done in trap, and use the vocal to interject a little bit of vocal bliss over a breakneck speed instrumental. It’s trancey, which as a lover of trance, I can certainly get behind, giving the tune an added dimension beyond just fearsome 808s and relentless high-hats. Best of all, the track is free, so get it now.
