All you need to know is that this is produced by Diplo and Bei Maejor. Traces of Diplo’s style are all over this, you can tell that he put in some serious work on. I originally thought this song was obnoxious after first listen, but then I got to the end and had the strange feeling that I needed to play it again. And again. And again. After my 4th listen, the song was etched in my brain for the rest of the night. And let me tell you, pretty girls don’t take kindly to dude’s whispering “Party at the Crib” all night. I’ve been convinced Bei Maejor is the most talented person in the music industry since I saw his cover of Racks about a year ago. The man can do it all, he raps, he produces, he sings, and does it all at a high level. His latest video release, Pillz, only confirms my convictions. Although the video is a little trippy, it fits the chorus’ theme of “pillz” very well. Bei’s production is out of this world, and his talent is unmistakeable. Peep the video above and be on the lookout for ANYTHING from Bei Maejor.

Because of this song this is the order of events that are going to happen: I am going to listen to Fell in Love on the Dancefloor by Bei (aka right below this) while I get ready and then I am going to find some G who drives a dope blacked out Range Rover. We are then going to roll down the windows, light up some Marlboro Reds (not condoning smoking at any other time, just in super betchy times) and then roll up to some dope party. I am then going to act really apathetic, but get super low and dance on my own in the middle of the dancefloor/basement. I am going to find the best dancer in there then challenge him because I am going to feel as badass as I can, which is not that badass, I’m blonde and stickly so…whatever. Bei is jumping from “Fell in Love” to teaming up with Waka Flocka Flame. Like what? I mean, I’m down, but…again,whatever. He’s versatile to say the least and super sexual apparently. Who has the keys to a Range? Let’s go!

Bei-bay is throwing out something new and different…well, for Bei Maejor that is. Usually with chill dropped beats and witty lyrics, Bei is dropping a dance-ish mix. Maybe all his work with Mike Posner inspired him to expand his horizons. Its fun to dance to, but its strange that its Bei. Jury is out on how comfortable I feel. More importantly though its fun to spin and jump around to, basically the main two requirements for creating a dance-ish pop/R&B song.
