This has been reported as Avicii – Morphine, because it has a similar sound, but when you see a new Avicii song that he has not performed live or is not announced, 99.9% of the time it is fake. This is a banger with a great piano lead and great synth work.

I saw this live and my first instinct on the singer was Rihanna, which Rusko later confirms in the video. I guess dubstep is going further into mainstream with Britney doing her thing and now Rihanna doing a song with Rusko. This song isn’t exceptional or at least from the clip that Rusko played, which was most likely changed quite a bit so that he didn’t get in a lot trouble with the label. There is no other information about this song then what he said at the show, or maybe he said something at the Mass show, but either way it is a song to look forward to. Here is the latest 5 & A Dime single he released today. It uses the instrumentals from the best remix of the year, Alesso’s Remix of Pressure, and Moguai’s Remix of Bangduck, with the acapellas from Rolling in the Deep, In My Head, and Walking On A Dream. The instrumentals work quite well flowing over each other and the vocals top it off for a back to school banger.

Today, I set out to find a banger that reminded me of our beginning days which were filled with simple yet effective remixes to mainstream tracks. I know the word “banger” gets a bad wrap around here since it’s cheesy but you know what, BIGLIFE isn’t afraid to walk near that line because, at the end of the day, that one adjective says it all. This folks, is something you can dance to. Per his usual fashion, Liam Keegan hooked up this mainstream track with a powerful bass-line topped off by catchy synths and even an Avicii-like build up that carries on throughout the song (which is a new tactic for this budding producer). As a bonus I’ve also included his dope remix to Britney Spears’ “I Wanna Go” – it might not be as powerful, but its still worth a listen.

The SoniXx is becoming a new favorite of mine, the guys does an incredible job and deserves more credit than given. I am use to listening to dubstep tracks from him, but this new electro remix of his is a definite BANGER. I love the little nonchalant dubstep drop he throws in the first half of the track. Besides that one bit of dubstep, the electro on this track is so sick. Blended with the vocals, The SoniXx gave us a masterpiece.

Above are the visuals to the original track…somehow we missed this remix when it first came out, may not be brand new, but its still freshhh. Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last year, anytime you see the name “Flux Pavilion” you know it’s guaranteed to be a dubstep banger. The man produces some of the most epic, ear wetting drops you have and will ever hear. Best part of Flux Pavilion? He takes these random tracks and turns them into completely insane whomping tracks…for example, look at his first DJ Fresh remix of Gold Dust (posted below).
