Since it’s a Monday night and we’re all tired, as well as there not being any progressive house posted here in quite some time (4 hours), I thought I would finally get around to posting some progressive house. Somebody has to do it. This track came out a week ago but for a variety of reasons I didn’t feel compelled enough to post it. That was a mistake and actually quite selfish of me because it is a pretty good song. It is a collaboration between Swanson, an Australian producer who you should be familiar with if you have been following FNT for any significant length of time and Swede Dreams, a 15 and 18 year old duo from Edmonton, Canada. Even though Swede Dreams produce big room exclusively, this song is not at all big room and more along the lines of the usual progressive house sound that Swanson produces.

It’s been a minute that we’ve shared some quality progressive house for ya’ll, and that changes now with this anthemic remix of Maroon’s 5 “Payphone” by Swedish producer OLWIK , who turned the pop tune into a euro-progressive-house banger that will get everyone moving! I’ll be the first to admit that I’m usually skeptical when it has to do with remixing top 40 records, but being a sucker for “Payphone” I’m not mad at all this remix was made, though I would just include one thing: Wiz Khalifa’s verse! This is a must listen and a must download!

I didn’t see this track coming at all, Jackson Breit surprises us with a quick freebie per usual before his next single. Jackson Breit is always having fun with the music, using creative lyrics, and catchy lines for the fans to enjoy. We are also expecting a two part EP any time soon. A wise Fat Jewish man once said, “I keep an umbrella with me at all times to shield me from the tears of my haters.” Keeping a hater umbrella handy is something San Francisco based Dj/production duo, WhiteNoize, should probably consider doing because these fellas go to work and where there is someone working hard , there is usually a hater lurking, ready to cry their big salty tears all over the place. This Tech-House tune with deep dance-floor tenancies goes out to the haters for staying on their job. Haters would be better off popping a molly and giving someone a hug, then they are wasting their bodie’s hydration on hate-tears but then who would fuel the tanks of the achievers in the world? Either way, haters are going to have to figure out a way to stay hydrated cause bottled water isn’t getting any cheaper and you know they stay broke.

The homie Lloyd hit me with Love Mansuy’s latest single “White Heaven” and I’m a fan. The single is off Love’s upcoming project Barely Legal, and was produced by Balsam. The production sold me on this track as it has a new age R&B feel, which Mansuy has no problem vibing off with his vocals and emotions. I’d love to hear a down tempo remix of this record, or any remix at all as it has superb vocals, and an instrumentation that can be taken many ways. Did my search for the day for new music, and fell on this remix by Ango of R Kelly’s “Italian Sandwich.” Ango is a producer from Canada who is currently signed to LuckyMe Records. You might not have ever heard of R Kelly’ smash hit “Italian Sandwich” and there’s a reason for that. Last week the Pied Piper made up 4 songs on the spot at the Rolling Stones office about randomly chosen topics. The Canadian producer took it upon himself to remix all 4 of the records which you can check out on his SoundCloud, and honestly it’s not bad at all. I love what he did to this one in particular, the synths make the joke record sound epic, and credible, on some progressive R&B. Peep the track out, you’ll hear what I’m talking about.
