Above is the official album art for Wiz’s Rolling Papers which drops March 29th. Personally, as of late, I’m not a fan of Snoop Dogg as a rapper, but he managed to not ruin this song. Everything from the beat to the hook is super chill.

Hot damn, this is one impressive project. Like I don’t think it’d be out of this world to give this a spot in our top 10 mixtapes for the year. Evidently The Dean’s List has mastered the art of rapping over perfectly produced beats that host some unreal vocals. Hopefully I won’t be the only one who picks up on the advanced spitting techniques these guys are utilizing to keep the songs fresh and professional. I could probably post the entire tape but that’d take the fun out of getting “The Drive In” in its entirety.

Mashups | DJ Dibella – Winter Drunkerland | Mashups

This pretty much has BIGLIFE written all over it – you need to listen to this project. Productions like these restore my faith in the art of mashups. Too many people discredit tracks like these claiming they lack originality and craftsmanship. The verses and beats might be recycled but, as in the case of DJ Dibella, the combinations bring a refreshingly new sound to my ear drums. At times I felt like my high school mixer memories were clashing with my college party days. Revisiting forgotten bangers like “Kiss Kiss” and Daft Punk’s “Around The World” while simultaneously hitting Deadmau5 tracks is the perfect formula for an instant eargasm. We’ve posted plenty of his tracks on FNT and will continue to do so but if you’re craving more, check out his Soundcloud, Facebook page and Twitter for additional content.

Electro, Mainstream Remix | ELECTRO | DJ Kue and DJs From Mars
