Looking to maintain his pioneering command in his music, Felix Jaehn has announced a live video featuring his worldwide summer tour to the tune of Chris Lake’s remix of “Bonfire.” The original was an astounding new direction for Felix, allowing him to branch out and discover new sounds that have him taking on a grungier side. Soon after the release of “Bonfire,” the single was picked up by Scottish-producer Chris Lake and remade into a club-centric masterpiece, and now Felix Jaehn is using the remix as the anthem to his summer as he recaps every standout moment during his tour. The video spotlights everyone that has made an impact on his breakthrough season, and allows us to take in the infectious energy that Felix’s emits in both his music and his performances.

We were excited before, but now that his single “Fuck Boy” is out, we’re doubly so. The heavy trap single is a bit of a different style from Apashe’s usual stuff, but this is just as dope. What puts this one over the top is its NSFW music video. Short story is Apashe attends what can only be a Donald Trump rally… but this is nothing like any political rally you’ve seen before. “All of the greatest musical acts throughout history have tribute groups,” Josh Ostrovsky aka The Fat Jewish explains, “Major Lazer is one of the greatest musical acts in history and they needed a tribute band.”
Known primarily for his Instagram account that boasts over 9 million followers and his brand of White Girl Rosé, The Fat Jewish is known for hijinks, and Billboard’s Matt Medved recently took a crew to investigate his latest joke – a Major Lazer tribute band called Major Behavior. Through the three minute video, Major Behavior dig into the start of the group, the different aspects of their live sets, take a trip to Guitar Center, and discuss their unwavering admiration for Diplo. We already know Felix Jaehn is fully capable of making the biggest summer anthems we’ve all come to love. Last year, it was his remix of OMI’s “Cheerleader,” and this summer he’s given us a sultry, impassioned number, “Bonfire” featuring Finnish singer ALMA. Since its release, the track has garnered over 19 million streams on Spotify and continues to exist on the Global Top 100 Spotify Chart. The confident, dark nature of the song is a step away from Felix’s more melodious sound that we’re use to, but still proves that he can switch up his sound and still bring forth an energy that remains unmatchable.
