Preview, Progressive House | Adrian Lux & Marcus Schossow – Wild Child (Mysto & Pizzi And Moiez Remix) [Preview]
Posted by Middy on November 26, 2013
On the heels of his first Cr2 Records release “City On A Hill“, Moiez was called in by NYC producers, Mysto & Pizzi to help them out with this remix for Adrian Lux & Marcus Schossow’s recent single “Wild Child. The original has been a big hit for Adrian Lux & Marcus Schossow this fall, crossing over into trance and house realms. The three of them give the track a slight big room spin with clear trance influences, while still keeping elements of the original. Look for this December 20th on Ultra Records.
Electronic, Preview, Progressive House | Mat Zo – Lucid Dreams (ilan Bluestone & The M Machine Remixes) [Preview]
Posted by Spice on November 19, 2013
“Lucid Dreams” is already one of the biggest tracks on Mat Zo’s by-all-accounts-totally-awesome debut album, and now it gets the remix treatment from two of the scene’s most interesting players. Anjuna mainstay ilan Bluestone brings a bold, big room touch to Mat Zo’s dreamy original, while The M Machine are marching to their own drummer (as usual) with a a trappy, minimal bassline that gives the song a totally different vibe. The full package is set to drop on November 26th — just in time for Thanksgiving travels.

Dubstep, Preview, RnB, Trap | Erik Hassle – Talk About It (ASTR Remix)
Posted by Mach on November 15, 2013
Since ASTR floated into my radar with their incredible original “Operate”, I couldn’t help but have high expectations for this remix. I can honestly say I was not disappointed, in fact this remix sweats nothing but excellence onto undressing bodies in the heat of the night. Erik Hassle’s single is out now on iTunes, no word yet on the release of this remix thought.
Preview, Progressive House | Pierce Fulton Previews
Posted by Middy on November 13, 2013
Generally we have to wait quite a while in between various Pierce Fulton release, largely due to label delays, but now we are gifted with two remixes in as many Mondays. First up this Monday, he is part of the first installment of remixes for Tritonal’s “Now Or Never” with a club mix from the duo. Pierce brings a controlled aggression to the track that contrasts the vocals from Pheobe Ryan. The following Monday, he will be part of the second Dance (RED) album that is partnering with Stereosonic to live stream the event, and brought together Tiësto and U2 last year for a track. “Hey Now” was a summer jam, but Pierce Fulton gives it a melodic makeover fit for his sets and the club setting. The album will features new tracks from Dada Life, Popeska, DallasK, Crookers, Benny Benassi, Tommy Trash and more, and the proceeds will all go to the fight against AIDS. Pre-order your copy here.
Preview, Progressive House | Above & Beyond – Mariana Trench [Preview]
Posted by Spice on November 2, 2013
Above & Beyond premiered this at ABGT 50 and now we’ve got a full-ish version to stream at our leisure. In form and structure, “Mariana Trench” bears quite a bit of resemblance to the trio’s homage to Breaking Bad, “Walter White”; both tracks have hard, driving basslines that fade into melodic breaks, before electro-inspired builds jack the energy level back up. And is that a key change at the end? Goodness. This may be yet another departure from the group’s trancier Tri-State days but it’s sure to be an absolute monster live. No word on a release date yet so keep your eyes peeled.
