Electro-House | R3hab – The Bottle Song Remixes + Dyro – Seata
Posted by Middy on May 14, 2012
This is a very impressive remix package because there aren’t any mediocre remixes, which is rare because there is usually one or two in a remix package of 4 or 5. Dyro provides the most heavily supported remix of the package with the subtle build and high energy drop of rising synths and thumping bass. The Darth & Vader mix, supported by Sander van Doorn, works on the build adding more of a progressive flare to it with added synth chords and a grungy low end synth drop with emotive key work over the top. Dannic rebuilds much more of the track, adding a bigger intro and synth chords to the build with a moving melody in the break. D-wayne’s remix may be weakest of the bunch, but it is still a strong remix supported by Pete Tong with much of the original build in tact and dutch house drop. Below is the Darth & Vader mix and after the jump are the Dannic & D-wayne remixes.
Also included is Dyro’s single “Saeta” he also released recently. It is what we have come to expect from him, though maybe a little less creative than his recent works “EMP” and “Raid” and his upcoming “Top Of The World”. It has the electro build and the modern talking drop that is somewhat getting abused now, but still in style and quite popular on dance floors around the world.
Dubstep, Electro-House | Virtual Riot ft. Amba Shepherd – Superhuman (Andrew D Dubstep Bootleg)
Posted by Sev on May 13, 2012
So we previewed this amazing remix courtesy of Andrew D last week on R Rated, which finally convinced him to finish it thanks to you guys and your support. I could have just released it as a free track, but I have been releasing Andrew’s past tracks right away and he doesn’t seem to be getting the support he deserves; I feel. So I decided that we will release this bootleg for free once his facebook hits 500 likes, which isn’t asking for too much. The more you guys share and get him to the goal of 500 likes, the sooner you can have this amazing remix, and trust me its dope. So go to his Facebook page provided HERE and give him a like if you want this track. I will also provide some of his other tracks below to show you what I mean when I say he doesn’t have the support he deserves.

Electro-House | Bailey Smalls – Baby, I Love You
Posted by Mach on May 9, 2012
His first big release, Bailey Smalls drops this great dance floor Electro-House track. I love how this track is basically a giant build up, starting with simple moves then building up to a fully blown dance party. Included on the single release are some incredible remixes from The Partysquad, Aylen, Jay Fay, and Udachi.

Drum & Bass, Dubstep, Electro-House, Moombahton | Bare & Datsik – The King Kong Experiment (Remixes + Official Video)
Posted by Mach on May 8, 2012
Basically reflecting all the things we wish we could get away with in public while wearing a Gorilla suit, this video is hilarious. I would have preferred to see Bare wear the suit though, he would have made a better King Kong. Bass Union (Subhuman) has really taken things up a notch.
Bare has been teasing these remixes for a few months now, and I am happy to finally get my hands on them. I am usually not one to rave Moombahton, but the Billy The Gent & Long Jawns remix really gets me moving. The Neon Steve remix is another that caught my eye, I love the flow of the break beat and the added vocals. Of course when you see that Bare did a VIP, you know it is going to be dirty as hell. Bare didn’t disappoint, his VIP turned out to be filthier than anticipated. Now the remixes are great and all, but in my opinion Terravita absolutely destroyed. One of the nastiest remixes of a track I have heard to date. I love the little slow break he takes with the drop in the middle, only to stop and satisfy you ears need for that nasty drumstep finish.

Electro-House | Laidback Luke – 1234 feat. Chuckie and Martin Solveig
Posted by Middy on May 7, 2012
This track from quite the power trio in Chuckie, Laidback Luke & Martin Solveig is pure dance floor madness. The grinding synths, progressive chord progression, pounding bass line, air horns and vocal bit done by the three Djs create the madness contained in this track. This song has been a necessity for a large number of big name Djs like Tiesto, David Guetta, Dada Life etc and with the crowd reaction it is easy to see why this should be a go to energy track this summer. After the jump check out an interview with Laidback Luke about how he made the track and the response to it.

Electro-House | Albin Myers – Hells Bells EP
Posted by Middy on May 1, 2012
The Swedish electro house aficionado, Albin Myers is known for making tracks that put push the limits of electro house, such as “Bumbaclot” and his remix of “Fade Into Darkness”, that was more on the progressive side, but still showed his unique sound. This EP, out on Dim Mak Records, brings together his harder, grungier sounds into an EP with the track “Hells Bells”, which has been championed by the likes of Tiesto, Avicii & Tristan Garner and is a perfect weapon in any set and very good in bootlegs. Just when you thought it wasn’t possible to up the tempo and energy of the track just a bit more, he then adds a drumstep version of “Hells Bells”, though the signature drop is sacrificed a bit. The first two tracks are very good being a little less grungy and uptempo, providing a little respite for the listener and showing the more subtle side of Albin Myers’ sound, while still keeping up with “Hells Bells” and the drumstep counterpart. Albin Myers is definitely one to keep an eye on this year and into the future with his unique sound and ability to be creative and versatile.
