Earlier today, Source Recordings released an “ID” song, “Jolene,” on their SoundCloud, and they instructed fans to Shazam it to find out who the artist was. It turns out that it’s Amsterdam’s Ferreck Dawn, who’s a tech-house specialist known for tracks like “Another Day.” Despite his past work, Ferreck explores deep house territory on this new number that’s actually a cover of Dolly Parton’s “Jolene.” If you’re looking for a groovy house track with a touch of vintage flair, have a listen to this above. “Jolene” will be released next Friday, the 28th!

Bootleg remixes did wonders for so many producers, it created careers, and Autograf is a product of that, starting with bootleg unofficial remixes, to being sought after by Avicii’s team to remix his latest single, but this success in the remix world doesn’t always translate to strong originals, and to be completely frank, with the amount of hype behind this trio, you would think their debut original “Dream” would take it all, but it doesn’t, it’s underwhelming to say the least… And here comes along Sebastian Carter, 20 year old Swiss producer living in Brighton, UK who drops a more than stellar remix, giving this track exactly what it needed: something you can move to, something you can feel, something you can vibe to… Props to you Seb, I love this remix, it’s an absolute must listen and a must download!

Deep House | TÂCHES Dazzles With His Latest Deep House Masterpiece, “Eat Your Friends”
Posted by Tay on August 5, 2015
Even though we’ve been a fan of TACHES for years now, but we still have no idea who he is. When a little birdie told me he had a new song coming out this week, I decided to do some digging to see what I could find out ahead of the release, but it wasn’t much. We’ve only got a few tracks on his SoundCloud, but just looking at the names can give you an idea of who TACHES is – a sarcastic and witty European whose wit and humor shines through in his music. His last track was “Prints of Whales,” a clever wordplay on the Prince of Wales, and the track he released today is titled “Eat Your Friends,” and features vocals from Shoffy. On “Eat Your Friends,” TACHES has a serious deep house brew going on, as he starts with a scratchy melody and slowly adds more and more elements, finally turning it into a full blown deep house jam.
Chill, Deep House | Chill Out To Lulleaux & FDVM’s “Up To You”

Do it to me, baby, baby… this track from over at Dirty Soul is a TUNE, and to me it’s this Summer’s “Klingande,” on that progressive meets deep wave, paving the way for that future chill sound, which progresses into bass territory, and I like that! With timeless vocals, and a chord progression that hits you right in that sweet spot, this dutch combo of Lulleaux and FDVM is lethal, press play, and get lost to the groove, happy hump day! This is a must listen!
