I never got to do a list of my favorite tracks/producers of 2014, but if I did, Tontario is one to watch for 2015, I know it, you know it, even Kygo knows it, having recently followed the kid on SoundCloud after hearing his remix of MO’s “Give It To Me.” With that said, here’s the Finnish producer’s latest work, his bootleg remix of MNEK’s banger “Rhythm,” where he goes one deeper for all your house needs. If you don’t know the original by MNEK, get on that, and now you have a groovy remix to accompany it! Cheers! This is a must listen!

The homie Thero had a phenomenal 2014, ending it with a splash, releasing his much anticipated collaboration with the dudes Hotel Garuda as they took on Cazzette’s “Sleepless.” And now just a week in to 2015, the snow and cold inspired the tropical producer to release his latest remix of “Ice Field” by Slow Skies, and it’s on repeat for me. Who needs a fire place when you can listen to tropical house and dream of a place far away with palm trees and sunlight? Having been the first to introduce Thero to the blogosphere, this is his best work to date! It’s a must listen and a must download!

Up North it is cold. However that does not mean the summer state of mind has to be lost. In steps German producer DJ Alle Farben with fellow countryman, Younotus to bring back an island and boat party feel to the new single “If I Play Your Game” from indie, alt-pop group Heymen. The original is a phenomenal tune in its own right, but the duo of Alle Farben and Younotus give “If I Play Your Game the remix it always was looking for with a simple yet, emotive piano riff under a deep and tropical bass line, all complimented by the vocals similar to those of Passion Pit. Stream the remix below until it is released on Jan. 23 via D:vision Records.
