Today’s track discovery is by Venessa Michaels, a producer from Los Angeles, which reminds me of an edgier Ariana Grande or Mariah Carey track, and when I mean edgy, I mean a more trendier sound. Kiana Brown lends her vocals to the Jersey Club/future house production, and the finish product makes for a quality record that could very well crossover to the pop world. I’m a fan of this, and I’m surprised it has so little plays, this is a must listen and a must download!

Electro | Karma Fields feat. Kerli – Build The Cities
Posted by JT on March 3, 2015
Monstercat is a recognized tastemaker in the dance community and with this delightful debut by Karma Fields we can see why they’ve continued to dominate the field. Using the sensual Kerli, ‘Build The Cities’ finds a balance between their signature hard electro sound and an upbeat dance vibe. There are elements of darkness with this one, but I can only imagine the effect this tune would have on festival crowd. Scope out the newest addition to the Monstercat family, I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

Trap | Pyramid Scheme feat. Trinidad James – Cut It Up
Posted by BIGLIFE on February 21, 2015
How she’s a virgin on the week days as opposed to the weekends escapes me, but I digress. Former strippers and pizza enthusiasts Pyramid Scheme (Adam LaRossa and Sterling Pike) drop their incredibly infectious trap-hybrid “Cut It Up” single. How this isn’t on a major label is beyond me. A smart major would sign this track immediately, as I predict “Cut It Up” could become a genre-bending radio friendly crossover that even the whitest of girls could get down to on a Saturday night.
Trap | Mr. Collipark & Dirty Audio feat. DJ Kool – Shoulders
Posted by VMan on February 18, 2015
Dim Mak Records is releasing the festival bangers, and they enlisted the help of the godfather of Twerk, Mr Collipark and his latest single “Shoulders,” a collaboration he did with Dirty Audio and DJ Kool. Now I know your fist instinct when hearing this track is to pick up your girl up on your shoulders, but please do so at your discretion, she make look lighter than she is, and you may feel stronger than you are. This track is an EDM monster, I guarantee your favorite DJ, Diplo, Snake, Skrillex, etc… will be playing this in their sets! This is a must listen!
