We’ll finally something from David Guetta and a pop star I don’t absolutely hate. The drops feature some decent electro, but besides that everything is pretty slow.

The Day has finally arrived, Divergent Spectrum is here. Bassnectar really out did himself with this. Every track gives you a different taste of the music spectrum, but with some bass mixed in of course. I made sure to have listened to the entire LP before this post and the one word I’d use to sum this up is ‘art.’ By that I mean this album really is a work of art, just by the fact that Bassnectar managed to incorporate many different styles of music flawlessly. My top choices would be Plugged In Remix, Lights Remix (naturally), The Matrix, Voodoo, and Paging Stereophonic. Despite my choices it is really hard to not include the rest of the album on that list. If you like electronic music, you will love this.

The Bassnectar family also gave us the fans a gift, a free download of “Above & Beyond.” Previously known as Shakes and releasing under SPL’s Hollow Point Label, Seth Drake is the latest addition to the Amorphous Music Team. The track is epic and definitely one of the better tracks on the album.

You know two things when you see a girl passed out at 10 pm in a Fresh New Tracks jacket…One, she has one hell of an iTunes library, and two, she definitely knows how to party. Mainstream remixes are always some of my favorite tracks, but recently there’s been a slight drought of those party bangers they turn out to be. Despite this current little drought, heres a few solid ones that give the originals that nice electro twist.

Aylen has been hard a work since we first introduced him a few short weeks ago. His latest track is a remix to Jay-Z and Kanye’s “Otis,” and it has a different vibe from most of the stuff I have heard as of late which Aylen is calling SwingHouse. In addition to Otis, I have included a few more of his recent works to bring you up to speed.
