Swaggernaut Productions x FNT: No Holding Back [Contest]

Just a friendly reminder that you have 3 days remaining to submit your entry to our featured “No Holding Back” rap contest. If you think you can rap, send in your track over one of the available beats (below) and we’ll let you know whether you should keep pursuing, or start doing your homework. Trick statement, you should always do your homework. Read the rules in their entirety below and also see all of the uber fresh swag you will win in addition to a professionally shot music video by Swaggernaut Productions!

Rules for entry are as follows:

Artists (or Group of Artists) must record one full length song (2+ verses) over one of the four available beats to be considered for entry (Beats supplied by One Love, DJ Semi, Pat White, & Bill Jones)

Beats can be downloaded below via SoundCloud

If you submit an entry as a group and are chosen as the winner, prizes will be divided up accordingly

Artist(s) may only submit one song

Must be original lyrics

No altering the beat in any way

All songs with slanderous or threatening lyrics towards other contestants will be automatically disqualified

Submissions will be judged by Mike Stud, Kinetics, Huey Mack, DJ Semi, Missy Modell, Jitta On The Track, Joey Franchize, & more

Judges personal opinons may be given, they may or not be the views of Ben Foley and the rest of the judges

Any threatening comments by contestants to any one of the judges, other contestants or anyone involved with the contest will be automatically disqualified

If you attempt to bribe the judges, you may or may not find an overly obese man with bunions waiting on your doorstep…DONT CHEAT!

All entries must be EMAILED to [email protected] no later than Friday August 17, 2012 (Deadline has been extended from August 10th)

Winner Receives:

A music video directed by Ben Foley of Swaggernaut Productions along with a 3-6 person film crew in or around NYC. (Artist(s) are responsible for getting to and from NYC)

Apparel from:

Dicks Cottons: Top 10 will get a pair of shades. Winner will get a pair of shades and a snapback.

Ground Breaker Customs: Winner will get a pair of customized Nike Air Force 1’s

Freshletes: Winner will receive an assorted box of gear

Tide 38 Clothing: Winner will receive a box of goods (Hat, tee, hoodie, necklace, bracelet, backback, $10 gift card)

NV Concepts: Winner will receive a swag pack filled with shirts, sunglasses, and an imprinted bag

FNT: Winner will receive a free t-shirt

**Winning artist(s) must agree to wear, hold, or at least acknowledge gear from every sponsor during the video**

A post on FNT with the music video and a short bio

Top 10 submissions will be compiled onto a mixtape featured on FreshNewMixtapes.net
