Posted by on December 28, 2011

Crissy Criss has been catching my attention lately with his new releases. This track especially caught my attention right off the bat with the title. Can’t wait for the release on this one, it going to be huge. Since this is going to be our last R Rated post for the year 2011, we thought we would load you guys up with more bangers than we normally do. We also want to thank all of our fans for their support and we will continue to make your weeks as filthy and inappropriate as possible with these tunes as long as you guys are around. -Mach & Sev

Hip-Hop, Rap | Introducing Celeb Forever

Posted by on December 28, 2011

I’m proud to finally introduce Celeb Forever to Fresh New Tracks. Based out of Cleveland, Ohio & New York City this singer, songwriter, and actor has started to garner major attention in the hip hop industry, with some people pushing for him to receive 2012 XXL freshman recognition. Celeb Forever is known for his hard hitting lines and auto tuned assisted hooks much like rap super star Drake. With his eyes on becoming a superstar he has already assisted Rick Ross, Gucci Mane, XV, and Donnis with song writing and collaborated with Curren$y, Big Sean, and Styles P. I attached a few songs to this post, but if you’d like Celeb Forever’s full project, you can download his DJ Drama assisted mixtape, Lights.

Trance | Trance Tuesday: Trance in 2011

Posted by on December 28, 2011

If the above video does not move you, then you need trance in your life. The video shows the healing power of Trance in Beirut, where war has torn apart the city and the country and trance helps them unite and forget the scars of the past. I could not imagine the goosebumps of dropping “Sun & Moon” for that guy, what a lucky man. Mat Zo just gave out a freebee for the holidays that was played on Above & Beyond’s Essential Mix earlier this year. It is a prototype for “Frequency Flyer” and sounds much like it, but also has a few differences. I solid production from the rising trance star.

Shogun delivers once again, with this remix of Dash Berlin’s single “Better Half Of Me”, which also got a fantastic remix from Alex M.O.R.P.H. This one has a harder synth, but keeps the great vocals and is a overall a fantastic remix from Shogun. Get it on BEATPORT.

Rafael Frost on Ferry Corsten’s Flashover Recordings delivers this smash hit that has received massive support from all the big names in the industry. It has a great synth laden build that continues into the build with some heavier bass and a guitar melody over it. If some of you are still hesitant about trance, this will be a good song for you because it is right on the line of trance and progressive house. Get it on BEATPORT.

Above and Beyond recently released another single “Every Little Beat” off of their massive album “Group Therapy” and with it the Myon & Shane 54 remix that was on Anjunabeats Vol 9. Myon & Shane add a little extra to this outstanding song, making it a little heavier, but leaving much of the original in tact. Get it on BEATPORT.

Radion 6 delivers this beautiful, pardon me, trance song with some slow synths, rising piano and a great smooth synth and bass laden drop for this very relaxed trance song. Get it on BEATPORT.

Electro | Major Lazer – Original Don (Black Cards Remix)

Posted by on December 27, 2011

Major Lazer’s dancehall banger gets an insane electro reboot in this remix, which features a kicked-up tempo from the original version and a driving hook after the drop. I love the original but this remix is honestly fire. Never heard of Black Cards before but apparently Pete Wentz is involved…okay, sort of questionable, but this track is a must DL.
