Throwback Thursdays – Big Sean, Bassnectar, Mike Posner, Laidback Luke

For this week’s Throwback Thursday we have a few timeless jams that should definitely set your weekend in the right direction. The first is off Big Sean’s mixtape Finally Famous Vol. 3 featuring Chiddy Bang. Sean absolutely murders his first two verses in this track about coping with the downsides of fame.

Here’s a track from a close counterpart of Big Sean’s who rose to stardom thanks to music blogs. With a sample from E.L.O.’s Evil Woman, Posner couldn’t go wrong with this one. I think I speak for a majority of people when I say that I wish Mike still made songs like this.
