Posted by Tay on April 14, 2016
Put on your dancing shoes and hit the dance floor, because we’ve got one hell of a mix from Gryffin to share with you today. The indie-dance artist whose best known for his stand-out remixes for Tove Lo, Years & Years, amongst others, and his debut original, “Heading Home,” has been in the midst of his debut “Heading Home” tour, and he’s just released the third installment of his Flight Log mix series – the “Spring Equinox” mix – as he is getting ready for the last leg of his tour. This sixty-minute mix is nothing short of awesome, as Gryffin works his way through some of his favorite tracks of late, including Rufus Du Sol’s “Like An Animal,” the Nick Talos remix of his own “Heading Home,” and his most recent remix of Troye Sivan’s “Youth.” Check out the rest of Gryffin’s tour dates below and get your tickets here.
Abstract Hip-Hop, Artists, Chill, Freestyle, Indie, Pop | Leah Haxhi Remedies the Weekday Blues with her New Single “Okay” prod. IAmRizwan
Posted by BIGLIFE on January 26, 2016
Leah Haxhi is a singer songwriter currently working on her upcoming album in NYC. She paired with Bangladeshi producer IAmRizwan to create this atmospheric track that makes us feel like everything will be “Okay”. She free-styled the song in one take and then added harmonies to build out the song and create the organic feeling of the single. Leah is working with various producers and labels such as Afrojack, Armada Music, and MixMash Deep. We last gave you a taste of her EDM style with Armada’s record “When We Were Young” by Jaylex ft. Leah Haxhi, but here she shows us once again that her style cannot be put into any box.

Chill | WVRD. Drops Chill-Funk Remix Of “Pumped Up Kicks”
Posted by VMan on January 6, 2016
Nothing like an old favorite transformed into something grand. “Pumped Up Kicks” is practically ancient and today’s daily music consumption world. Yet, wvrd. puts some soul and rhythm into the tune. Turning it into a almost-tech house tune with a melodic spin.
It’s clear that wvrd. is on the come up – if he continues to make tunes like these, his rise could be quicker than most would expect.
Future Trap | EGZOD’s Cinematic “Marianne” Single Builds A World Through One Song
Posted by VMan on December 16, 2015
I came across a small account with a big name today. His name is Egzod, his music expresses a cultural narrative purely through instrumentation. This signature theme is this time expressed in a 17th-18th century frame – and beautifully at that – through “Marianne”.
The tune is long and contains many versus, but all flows brilliantly together. Elements of marching / battle music theory and future bass all make it’s way to the listeners ear in a single experience. Try it for yourself and follow Egzod above.

A little late on this one but the Summer vibes are very real on this one and I needed some Summer in my life today. This catchy little tune was co-written by good friends Jack Fiskio and TJ Hickey who both hail from Boston. Jack on the hook and TJ shredding the verses was the perfect formula for this catchy tune.
