SoCal producer jordnmoody is making his debut on FUXWITHIT with the massive new single ‘Rolldro.’ Hot off performances at Lightning In A Bottle and The Untz Festival, and with releases on Wakaan, Jadu Dala, Bassrush, and more, jordnmoody has been steadily ascending the ranks of bass music’s finest.
‘Rolldro’ is a hypnotic and intoxicating anthem that’ll have you coming back for more. The simple yet effective pitched-down vocal sample gives the track a gritty hip-hop swagger and instant familiarity. The melody and playful percussion create a sense of intrigue as haunting vocal bends add to the dark beauty. “There was a period last year where I locked myself in the studio to whip up as many new tunes as possible before playing LIB, this was one of those tunes. I just came off writing a couple atonal type tracks and wanted to try something on a more melodic tip but still have a bit of grit to it. So, this was the end result of all that I guess haha.”

Albums | Ches Barrow releases single “Wild” to be featured in ITVBe TV Campaign

Following the release of her debut EP, ‘Girl Who Ruled The World’, Ches Barrow returns with the immense single ‘Wild’. The talented songwriter wrote the track having been approached for a major luxury beauty TV commercial on ITVBe for her luxury beauty brand, Ches Editions (she’ll also be starring in the commercial).
When speaking about ‘Wild’, Ches said: “I of course wrote it with the aesthetic and vibe of the ad in mind; envisioning a fashion-runway edge with the models doing their thing and a low-key ‘luxury beauty’ depth. But it also is absolutely naturally an extension of my artistic-style and musical growth. The lyrics (‘I shake my hair’) attest to Ches Editions’ ‘hero product’ being featured: The Ultimate Oil for Hair. The product and brand is about ‘clean luxury beauty’ and goes against the grain of its competitors; existing as 100% Natural with zero synthetic ingredients. The song encapsulates this fearlessness.”
Produced by Ches, mixed by Grammy and Emmy Award-Winning Carl Glanville (U2, Jason Mraz, Joan Jett, Counting Crows) and mastered by Chris Gehringer (Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, Rihanna, Avril Lavigne), the track without a doubt empowers you to have confidence within yourself mirrored in its impressive production. Ches, who’s previously received support from the likes of Earmilk, Wordplay and Fame Magazine, openly sings about her experiences, while showcasing her effortless voice:

1tbsp is an indie-house project from Australian artist Maxwell Byrne (aka Golden Vessel) which has a sound that can be likened to a mix between Fred Again, Mall Graband Four Tet. “This idea started from a day of recording with David Versace (of First Beige), one of the first things he played was this synth line that I knew I wanted to try re-work it and speed up. After almost figuring the song out, George Nicholas (of Seekae) helped with the last few finishing touches. 2007 feelsreally influenced by a monthly club night I was throwing in Brisbane last year called “sumoclic nights” (which both David & I DJ’d). My dance music taste and love for DJing really grew and this track feels like it’s a result of that time.” –1tbsp

Due to the extent to which this feeling was relatable to Ava Silver, we managed to make a vocal that perfectly connected.
