Bass | DJ Snake’s “Here Comes The Night” Receives Impressive Rework From Crankdat

Posted by on April 7, 2017

The dude can do no wrong. Crankdat is back at it again, this time with an official remix of one of the biggest DJs in the world, DJ Snake. The Parisian superstar act dropped a strong remix pack featuring Crankdat, NGHTMRE and more. We decided to highlight Crankdat’s for you as he truly knocked this one out of the part. He hits you with two drops, the first being an explosive sequence layered with feel-good melodies. Crankdat throws his listeners a curveball though on the latter half with a minimal trap drop that likely goes off in the festival scene. The 20-year-old kid is on a roll and is getting ready for his major festival debut at Number Fest in Athens, OH. Tune into his latest remix above and enjoy!

Callie Reiff made her first splash in the dance scene when she earned a nod from Skrillex on her insanely heavy bass mix for his NEST HQ platform. Unleashing a number of originals, a couple remixes, and a full-fledged EP on Fool’s Gold, the NYC native has also been rising on the live end supporting the likes of Big Gigantic, Jauz, Madeon, and even going back-to-back with Mija. To round out the year, Callie Reiff uploads a new mix that could be her most impressive and aggressive to date. Featuring flavorings from Sam Gellaitry, Bixel Boys, Space Laces, and more, Reiff also sneaks in multiple IDs from ATLiens, QUIX, and herself. Check the full mix above and download here.

Electronic | JOYRYDE Brings the Heat

Posted by on May 18, 2016

From start to finish, JOYRYDE’s latest track, “The Box” is bumping. Just as listeners hoped for, JOYRYDE masterfully follows up his “4 Real” remix with absolute fire!

JOYRYDE has been gaining some serious momentum with his genre bending style, Swurve House. This momentum is thanks to the producer’s ability to be flexible with his output, being able to masterfully produce between genre boundaries. JOYRYDE’s consistency not only in sound quality but also in video accompaniments (mostly automotive related), has helped develop him into one of the most sought after artists today. With notices from the likes of Skrillex, NGHTMRE, and other top dogs, it is only a matter of time before this high energy artist explodes onto main stages across the globe. Check out the track then watch the video, you won’t be disappointed.

“I made this tune and sent the rough mix to NGHTMRE who dropped it first in NYC, 12 hours later my HD died, I lost the master files and video for this and other songs…now 1 week after its original release date she made it into the world. fck problems. about the video loop at half way, it’s the most that could be done.” – JOYRYDE

NGHTMRE has spent the past year solidifying his place in the dance music scene. He has played some of the biggest festivals in the world including EDC LV, TomorrowWorld, Lollapalooza, Snow Globe, and many others. NGHTMRE will drop a new track every two weeks leading up to the release of his EP on March 25.

This past week he blessed us with the third song “Get Back” off the self titled EP. He managed to transform the Ludacris 2004 smash hit into a spiraling rework that is reminiscent of NGHTMRE’s devilish drops.

“I’m always looking for unique 128bpm house music. With “Get Back” I wanted to create a high-energy break beat song that would still fit into a house live set!” – NGHTMRE

Pick it up as a limited free download below before it’s too late to get it back.

Saying NGHTMRE had a great 2015 would be just straight wrong; NGHTMRE came outta nowhere, slayed every frequency and dropped over 25 records last year. Out of the 2016 gate, NGHTMRE drops his first solo self-titled EP on Mad Decent on 3/25.

I have been working on this track for almost a year now. I really tried to take the listener on an entire journey throughout the song, hope you guys like it,” said Tyler Marenyi aka NGHTMRE.
