We’ve been waiting a LONG time for some new original Kap Slap. Today, we can finally say he’s back. Teaming up with fellow producer and friend Gazzo, the track titled “Rewind” combines a lush progressive house chord progression, some beautiful vocals, and a vibe that will be spread across all dance floors when the track is officially released on December 4th. Who. Is. Cignature. That question has been looming the music blogosphere for quite some time now. The guesses keep coming in, the rumors keep floating around – nothing is for certain…except one thing: Whoever Cignature is, he/she/they are putting out some great tunes. There’s one certain name that comes to mind when one thinks of the Russian bass music scene, it’s Brig. His new EP features a couple previously released tunes as well as new ish that lays it down strong.
Brig is known for his disregard for tempos and overall musical structure, of course his music flows but, it’s clear Brig engulfs himself in the themes and emotions of his productions, allowing all bass genres to be considered and included with the shoe fits, so to speak. 4B is Mad Decent’s latest promising talent to emerge with some all-star collaboration to make sure dance music fans have him on their radar. Already, he’s remixed Fetty Wap with Flosstradamus, collaborated with Mercer on “Bounce,” and now teams up with AAZAR on “POP DAT.” Luke’s classic single “I Wanna Rock” receives a vocal placement in the track to set an energetic mood, but once 4B and AAZAR let their terrifying jungle melody run free, it’s clear these two are not letting the cold weather and festival season’s end get to them. Fans of trap, jungle terror, twerk, jersey club, and other bass-heavy genres will want to check this beast out, and the duo is giving away “POP DAT” for free via Mad Decent so cop a copy here.

Matt Medved, a Senior Editor at Billboard also has a side gig producing music under the name Sicarii. His latest release, a remix of Maroon 5’s “Sugar,” is a breath of fresh air for the original. Calling on some unique influences, Sicarii brings together the calming sounds of a reverberating steel drum and steady kick for this standout, Maroon 5-supported remix of the pop anthem. The remix was originally debuted live during his Billboard Hot 100 Festival set, where he played alongside some of the biggest names in music. The Detroit raised producer/singer/performer is back with his latest offering ‘Need Your Loving‘ which does not disappoint/ As we have come to expect from Willy B, the new offering is a self produced track with heavy influences of soul with catchy harmonies and a great feature from Dillon Ashton. At 21 years old, Felix Jaehn has already accomplished what many artists hope to achieve in their entire careers, as his remix of “Cheerleader” last year soared to the top of the charts in over 50 countries, and solidified him as an elite talent in dance music.
