Cuey? Action Bronson? No no, that is OnCue’s director who has done all of his videos in the past. Shifting gears on Cuey’s latest video for “Kinda Late”, off Can’t Wait, Adam plays the role of Cuey as Just Blaze makes his directorial debut, leaving Cuey with no choice other than filling the role of the pizza boy. Although the original 88-Keys produced track featured Mike Posner, the video does not, but that’s not to say it is at all a disappointment. One of the more strangely creative visual works I’ve seen in a while from and up and comer, and I have to give Just Bliggity-Blaze credit for such an peculiar, but entertaining show.

Benzi & Black Cards have teamed up with Karmaloop & Moodswing to drop their upcoming SXSW mixtape, due to be released on March 12th. The first leak off the tape is a moohbahton remix of Mike Posner’s “Looks Like Sex” from Aylen and Drunkmaster Flex, which is an absolute banger. The remix is just one of many super jams on the upcoming SXSW mixtape, which will include exclusives from Steve Aoki, Diplo, Outasight, Skeet Skeet, The Cataracs, A-Trak, Iggy Azaela, Clinton Sparks and many others.

This is probably DOSVEC’s most popular mashup that he has created. Fans having been begging for some righteous visuals to match this smooth mash, with 100,000 views on just the audio of the track, it was about time a sick video like this came to light. I don’t think I need to go into detail about how great Mike Posner’s vocals work over Kaskade and Deadmau5′ ever famous beat. DOSVEC always seems to get the videos perfect with his mashups, which I believe was key to continuing this mashups fame.

This is what I’m talking about. I’m not even a Mike Posner fan. This is pure genius. Even though we love to pick on various artists in the industry, there’s a reason why they’re signed and others are not. This is why Mike Posner is signed to a major label. He’s pure talent, he’s got a great beard, and he’s got the vocal range of a high school girl who uploads her covers to Youtube. He’s really the triple threat-and shows it by covering Rick Ross’s “Stay Schemin” off his recent “Rich Forever” mixtape featuring Drake and French Montana. As a bonus, I’ve included the original track as well as the cover mp3.

Bei-bay is throwing out something new and different…well, for Bei Maejor that is. Usually with chill dropped beats and witty lyrics, Bei is dropping a dance-ish mix. Maybe all his work with Mike Posner inspired him to expand his horizons. Its fun to dance to, but its strange that its Bei. Jury is out on how comfortable I feel. More importantly though its fun to spin and jump around to, basically the main two requirements for creating a dance-ish pop/R&B song.

Mike Posner released his first single off his sophomore album today. Using his unique sound Posner releases a radio ready track titled, Looks Like Sex. If this track sounds familiar, it’s because it is. We received a preview of this track off Posner’s last project, The Layover.
For those of you who don’t know, Posner’s sophomore album will be titled Sky High and is expected to be released sometime in 2012.
