Well folks…Crankdat is at it again with another monster of a track. If you’ve been keeping tabs on the 19-year-old, he’s been dropping a brand new “re-crank” every other week. Lately, he’s been remixing some iconic throwbacks like Swedish House Mafia’s “Save The World” and Porter Robinson’s “Unison“. His latest release is a hybrid rework of DJ Fresh’s single “Louder”. The first drop thrives on high-pitch dubstep stabs while the second drop immerses itself in a more lush, melodic sequence. Enjoy!

Finally a solid remix of this classic Love Me Now song by John Legend. We have had a ton of remix submissions of this song but this is one that definitely stood out with its “melodic dubstep” kind of feel. This one will be on repeat.

Dubstep | Hairitage’s “They’re Overthrown” Revive’s A Classic Dubstep Feel

Posted by on October 29, 2016

Hairitage is a man of many faces, but one thing is for certain. The dude knows how to slay the game when it comes to quality bass. His latest original “They’re Overthrown,” which was picked up by Trapstyle (a channel with 111K following), combines a handful of classic dubstep elements with a modern feel like few others can capture. “They’re Overthrown” features mid-20th century movie audio clips, a cinematic/melodic feel to the drop, and contains serious substance in the intro, bridge and ending.

A quick look at Hairitage’s SoundCloud shows the guy has been in the game for quite some time, releasing a handful and originals on his own. “They’re Overthrown” showcases the solo artist is pushing the limits and trying to take his game next level, expanding the variety of sounds he produces.

If you haven’t become familiar with Xan Griffin stop what you’re doing and hit play. After turning heads at the Monstercat offices, Xan Griffin follows up with another heavy single orchestrating his finesse with the dubstep sound. I suggest long drives for this one – overall, one of the cleanest produced tracks by this emerging talent.
