Norwegian producer Limbic Void just dropped his debut five-track EP called “Lapdogs” and it is beautiful. Having started the EP in early 2015, Limbic Void decided to scrap everything and start all over again from scratch 6 months in – a decision he says he does not regret. He said that the “new songs came to me much more naturally…I was playing around with the ideas revolving around a harmless comment that stuck in my head, about how people settling down had become “domesticated””. This collection of sounds has an almost Flume influence with a more pop feel – combined with naturally soothing vocals. Check out the EP now and remember, “everybody knows that even lapdogs have to run”.

Now, she’s primed to put all of her considerable skills together to take the next step in her career and truly cement herself as the next, big women DJ in dance music. Reiff has just unveiled a short minimix ahead of her Terminal 5 debut, and it’s nothing short of phenomenal. Indie | LA’s Andrew Grant Drops “Slow Burn” Single

Posted by on February 5, 2016

Los Angeles based producer Andrew Grant teams up with fellow Angeleno RKCB on his debut original single “Slow Burn.” The track skates on slowly plucked high notes and ominous synths, the track blooming as RKCB voice slurs, “Been awake too long, tried to break the mold, know this road I’m on, feel it turning cold.” As the melody pushes forward, his whisky-soaked croon dissolves in regret, lifted into the stratosphere by a steady, fog-clearing dance floor beat.
