If there is one man that you can always count on to deliver a tasty mix it’s, the one and only, Kap Slap. He has yet to let us down, and he came through once again with his new “Summer Mix”. His “Spring Break Mix” went viral on SoundCloud two months ago racking up 2 million plays already, so he knew it was time to gives his fans another exhibition of his raw talent. This mix is filled with bangers pulled from all different genre’s ensuring that a dull moment does not exist throughout the entire hour. Always love hearing the music that Kap is listening to as well as hear his mixing capabilities get better and better with each mix. House | Showtek Explores New Sound With “90’s By Nature”

Showtek, best known for mindless progressive bangers, has jumped over into the future house lane. Smart move, as groovy house tunes will be “in” come 2015. Reported earlier that “90’s By Nature” borrows heavily (that’s putting it nicely) from Girls Love DJ’s “Bigfoot” bootleg, Showtek and MC Ambush presumably have a hit on their hands with this new effort. Who will jump on the future house bandwagon next? Only time will tell. “90’s By Nature” is available via SKINK on Beatport now.

If you’ve been following Tigerblood, you’ll see that there’s been a consistent pattern of bangers released one after another. This Coldplay remix keeps a little bit of the original’s vibe, with a whole new twist. Horns and trap beats deck out this chill remix with style. I’m usually not a fan of the typical trap horns, but in Tigerblood’s case I’m willing to make an exception seeing as how they were used in a unique way. Adventure Club’s track “Gold ft. Yuna” has been remixed a zillion times by now, but I liked this trap spin on it. It’s been a while since I’ve heard anyone touch this song. Candyland & Revoke gave it a different energy with chill trap beats, and a higher pitched melody to make it unique. I feel like the song tells a new story with this emotional flip. These two are always pumpin’ out trap bangers, and this remix was not a disappointment. Grab it for free if it’s your style!

Deep house has been all the rage lately, so it shouldn’t be too surprising that in between heavy festival bangers like “Revolution”, Nervo decided go von deeper with Marco Lys on “Don’t Break My Heart”. As to be expected with any Nervo tune, it has been remixed plenty and in steps American up and comer, a member of Mike Hawkins powerful Megaton Records family, Landis.
