Dubstep | Krimer Brings Dreams To Life With His Official Apashe Remix

Posted by on June 5, 2017

Apashe’s LP Copter Boy was full of hits, one of those being his “Day Dream” collaboration with Splitbreed. After his LP, the Montreal producer secretly tapped some of his friends for official remixes, one of which was the fellow Montreal resident Krimer. Krimer’s heavy dubstep flip of “Day Dream” has been released today through Kannibalen Records as a free download for fans to get excited for the rest of the remixes. All it takes is one and Krimer delivered big. If this was all we got, we’d be satisfied as it is just that good. Get ready to headbang, this one is huge!

Electro, Trap | Dabin Unveils Mega Collab Off LP With Apashe & Madi

Posted by on March 7, 2017

On March 31st, Dabin will be releasing his highly anticipated album Two Hearts through Kannibalen Records. Today we have the fortune of sharing with you what is likely to be one of the dopest songs off the project. “Lilith” sees Dabin collaborating with label mate Apashe, whose recent LP Copter Boy was a huge success. Their bass-driven styles work well together and after adding the incredibly talented singer Madi to the mix, the result was something extraordinary. “Lilith” is unlike anything my ears have been exposed to and it alone has me excited for the album. However, this is the second single that’s been released so far, and with each step towards the album the anticipation grows tenfold. Pre-order Two Hearts below now because you won’t be disappointed.

Electro, Trap, Videos | Apashe’s New Music Video Turns Trump Rally Into NSFW Dance Party

Apashe is no stranger to good music. He’s announced his debut album, Copter Boy, and we’re super stoked about its September 30th release date. We were excited before, but now that his single “Fuck Boy” is out, we’re doubly so. The heavy trap single is a bit of a different style from Apashe’s usual stuff, but this is just as dope. What puts this one over the top is its NSFW music video. Short story is Apashe attends what can only be a Donald Trump rally… but this is nothing like any political rally you’ve seen before. Things get wild, clothes get taken off, and there may be a booty or two shaking in the process. “Fuck Boy” is currently available for free, if you pre-order Apashe’s LP. Once you place your order, iTunes will download a copy to your library!

Bass, Electro, Remix, Trap | Apashe Enlists Remix Battalion For “Tank Girls”

“Tank Girls” was a standout record for Apashe in 2015. That’s saying a lot for a guy who put out a VIP for his viral song “No Twerk” along with landing licensing deals with Adidas, HBO and more. Kannibalen Records commissioned some remixes for Apashe’s 2015 original, and released them today on the Tank Girls Remix EP. The first is by the Italian artist Razihel, who has been one of Monstercat’s strongest artists. His remix is a light-hearted trap take, whereas 8Er$ brings his bass heavy, hybrid trap style. With the third remix, Son Of Kick brings a dark, drum & bass tune that shows off his hometown of London’s influence on him. Lastly, Zeskullz put together a remix that resembles the style and sound of the original, but brings a more housey vibe. Leave it to Kannibalen to bring top quality remixes to their top quality originals.

Bass, Future House | Apashe Furthers His Rise To The Top With “Skeleton Dance”

Apashe has long been one of the most unique artists in the electronic dance music scene. He’s been known for his hybrid trap style, taking from hip-hop, dubstep and even classical, and mashing them all into one. Lately, he’s been fusing house and breakbeat styles with his already one-of-a-kind sound to create some immense party jams that aren’t in cut time. However, he does throw some trap breaks in, as he does with “Skeleton Dance,” his latest song on Kannibalen Records. “Skeleton Dance” features Canadian vocalist LENA. Together these two bring an anthem to the table that is set to rock the many upcoming Summer festivals. One thing that always sticks out to me in his productions are his sounds. In this one, you get some vicious basses and synths that aren’t like anything you’ve heard before. Check out the track and head over to the link below to get a copy!

Black Tiger Sex Machine’s highly anticipated debut album is finally here. Welcome To Our Church is an epic collection of tracks that goes beyond just music. Together, they portray the post-apocalyptic universe that the Kannibalen mythos finds itself within. Don’t expect this to be the only tales that come out of the Kannibalen Records camp depicting their legends through music. Twelve tracks, including an intro and outro are what make up this massive album, with collaborations from nearly all the KanniFam, including Apashe, Dabin, Kai Wachi, Lektrique and Karluv Klub. Whether you’re a fan of dubstep, electro, or even techno, BTSM have you covered with this project. Welcome To Our Church starts off strong, but just keeps getting better as you move towards the end. This LP is a must have, and iTunes has you covered. Last thing to note, get ready for a music video in the coming months for one of the tracks!

Electro, Electro-House, House, Trap | Apashe Leads The Fight Against Generic EDM With Tank Girls EP

Pretty much since Apashe started making music he’s managed to create unique records. He’s continued to do so via Kannibalen Records, who released his latest EP Tank Girls, a two track project that shows off the producer’s diversity. The title track, a collaboration with the vocalist Zitaa, kicks things off with a bang. Apashe blasts us with ferociously seductive basslines atop a four-to-the-floor kick pattern, something that we don’t hear from Apashe too often. Safe to say, he nails it. “Commander” comes next with the help of Panther, a long time Kannibalen collaborator. He switches the sound to a more trap style, playing off Panther’s fiery rhymes. After the climax, Apashe drops listeners into a firing range they have to dance to survive in. “Commander” is unlike anything you’ve heard before.
