Posted by on July 14, 2017

San Diego-based Teddy Rose has a growing audience thanks to his signature remixes and pitch-perfect originals. Drawing on house music roots, Rose’s distinct style also mixes throwback elements and pop-punk zest. Ohio-based Corrupt is an emerging midwest talent who caught the ears of the industry with his latest single “My Type”. On their recent collaborative remix of 3LAU’s “On My Mind”, the two producers combine their formidable talents to craft a memorable re-imagining of 3LAU’s original. By using different build ups, breakdowns, and textures throughout, Corrupt and Teddy make this remix a high-energy, dance floor sureshot.

LZRD has arisen amongst the SoundCloud producer masses with a new take on the popularized future bass sound. The rather-unknown producer has been a serial collaborator with T-Mass and flipped songs from Kygo, Illenium, the Chainsmokers and more. Next up on his remix hitlist, LZRD decides to inject a high-octane flavor into 3LAU & Said The Sky’s “Fire.” While the original is a soft, elegant electronic ballad, LZRD looks to heighten the emotional impact by layering a ferocious kick drum, biting vocal chops, and grandiose

Only a few artists have successfully been able to make the leap and based off Trademark’s first remix, he’ll have no problem following suit. Trademark puts his spin on Lany’s “Where The Hell Are My Friends”, filled with good vibes, warm synths, and an upbeat melody. We look forward to see what Trademark comes up with in the future, he’s definitely got a bright future ahead of him. Check out the track now and be sure to support his socials!

Trademark’s newest mashup is absolutely FIRE. With multiple releases breaking 1 Million streams, he’s gained quite the following already, and this is sure to even better that! Today he’s back with an upbeat blend of Ariana Grande, ZAYN, Kap Slap, and 3LAU. Using the drop from Kap Slap’s newest track “Felt This Good”, Trademark infuses his ‘Trademark’ (see what I did there) use of melodic vocals, keeping the listener dancing while also singing along. Trademark’s pregame series, along with his mashups and other releases pretty much guarantees his success in the coming months. We can’t wait to hear what he has in store!

Man this “Is It Love” remix package might just be my favorite one of 2016. Jenaux already dropped a fire mix, and Justin Caruso followed that up perfectly with his take on the track. While Caruso’s take is more on the future side of things, this isn’t the cookie cutter Future Bass we’re used to. Featuring acoustic guitars, melodic vocal chops, and beautiful sound design, Justin Caruso’s remix is one we’ll be jamming out to all summer. Check out the track now and be sure to download it as all proceeds go to “Pencils of Promise”.

3LAU is well known for all his work off the stage, but now, the young Las Vegas producer and DJ has taken his philanthropic work to a whole new level. On April 8th, 3LAU officially launched ‘blume’, the first not-for-profit dance music label with a mission to unite dance music listeners world-wide around philanthropic causes. With the start of a label, 3LAU gives us his brand new track, “Is It Love” featuring the lovely vocals of Yeah Boy. While different from what we’ve heard from 3LAU, it still contains the emotional aspect we’ve found in all of his music. This track is a must listen and must download, especially with all earned sales and streams of the record being donated to Pencils of Promise, an education-based nonprofit that funds school construction in the developing world. We salute you, Justin Blau. Thank you for making a difference.
