Lift Off #007

Posted by on December 27, 2012

We are back for a special holiday edition of Lift Off with free tracks to keep you satiated until next year. If you are looking for an infusion of fresh tracks for your holiday playlists, we have you covered. We start things off with Australian Kaz James bringing us his latest single “Drums” that gives you a mix of both big room house and tough electro with a well placed dubstep interlude. Also included are some quality remixes from the likes of Ivan Gough & Maison & Dragen.

Syn Cole, a new name in 2012 and one of the surefire breakout stars in 2013 recently released his remix of Kerli’s “The Lucky Ones” that combines both melodic and tough electro elements into this superb track.

Lift Off veterans, Primacy Funk return with a bootleg of their new piano driven single “Rain” with the vocals of Avidan “One Day”.

My (w8’s) favorite pick of the bunch. Seriously, try to resist the urge to blast this out of your speakers right now. Grab your copy through Facebook.

Richello amalgamates some eclectic club fuel into this candy pop. The best of both worlds. Continue on after the jump for a dozen more free tracks.

This exquisite edit from Ron van den Beuken gives us a happy, uplifting piano laden house tune for your New Years set lists.

Ken Loi has always been a giving DJ, consistently giving out bootlegs year round, however in the holiday spirit he is releasing his smooth progressive interpretation of The Killers “Runaways”.

We were given the vocal mix a while back of Vicetone’s “Hope” that featured the vocals of newly reelected President Obama, and now they have released the instrumental mix that lets their handiwork shine through.

Tim Gartz with another one of his many, well… you should know by now.

You may be growing tired of “Clarity” remixes fast, but Dirty Drunks have brought their minds together again on this animate production. Young and still adolescent on the airwaves, advancing quickly would be a modest thing to say.

Australian Duo, Denzal Park have been on fire this year from beginning to end with their remixes and this freebee is no different.

Young Canadian, Charlie Darker has provided us with a gift that is his remix of the theme song for Skyfall from Adele. Charlie Darker captures the same tense and climactic moments from the film, keeping your attention firmly for the whole 4 minutes.

In addition to his already solidified production thus far, ever evolving Lonczinski unleashes another crowd pleaser.

Jesse Draak & Ryan Fieret provide us with another quality single as they try to make their stand among the cream of the crop of Dutch producers.

Swaying a bit off-kilter from the usual tempo comes a hungry beat from VZLKS. Have a listen.

Young New Jersey duo Cash Cash have gotten some attention lately for their remixes of Nervo & Hook N Sling’s “Reason” & Krewella’s “Alive” and now their original “Overtime” combines nu-disco with some electro house stabs.

Closing with a moderate gem from Arnar Ingason that’s a great sounding reason to be happy.
