Fusing the action that film scoring brings forth with the tantalizing energy of bass music, DREAMOIR have found their signature sound which is not only a rich concept, but has infinite possibilities as to what original music could be immortalized from this seed. “Worth It,” is an additional example of just this sound.
DREAMOIR has dubbed their style, “cinematic bass,” a suiting label given the near-instant impression that the confidence-inducing journey delivers. The release has been signed and co-promoted by music imprint New Dawn Collective.
With it’s moving vocals, epic orchestra, and a massive melodic synth, “Worth It,” make it easy to illustrate your own epic event in the mind, considering the colorful power the track puts forth.
DREAMOIR has this to share about his track:
‘Film music is meant to elicit an emotional response from the audience and drive the action on screen. That same level of epic emotion is found in the style of EDM that originally inspired me.‘
Having made 3 works available via the music catalog to date under this alias, the world could appreciate more from DREAMOIR and the fascination within.

Hip-Hop, Rap | I.O.U. – Take A Walk (Prod. Felix Wei)

The hip-hop duo from Rutgers University, I.O.U., had sent over their track “Worth It” a couples weeks back, and I never got a chance to post it. Well just in luck, the guys just sent over the video for their new record “Take A Walk” where they sample Passion Pit’s “Take A Walk,” and this might be one of my favorite records from these cats. They delivered on this Felix Wei production with top notch verses from Buck and Izee, and a hook that doesn’t play around. I’m also a fan of this video. The boys were recently out in LA and they took the opportunity to shoot these awesome visuals with director Babylon Jean. Bravo fellas! Keep up the great work! This is a must listen and a must download!
