Chill, Future Trap | Devault Drops Emotional New Banger, “Right With You”

Posted by on May 27, 2016

Devault has been making a name for himself the past couple of months but his new track “Right With You” may be his best work to date. Already supported by Wedidit’s RL Grime and Mad Decent affiliate 4b and many others, the dreamy vocal sample is eerie and beautiful but as the drop comes into play a hard hitting future trap sound comes into play and the blend if nothing short of perfect! Keep this kid on your radar, he’s churning out the heat.

Electronic | You Have To Hear Cabu’s “Stay Lost” Remix

Posted by on April 19, 2016

There’s so much nonsense out there in the blog space now. Terrible tunes being re-posted by bloggers and curators who manage the artists. Blogs gaming the Hype machine system. Paying for re-posts. It’s a dirty game. One of the last bastions of credibility on the internet is popular Youtube channel Selected, who shared this excellent tune via their Soundcloud account this afternoon, which I recommend you follow, but I digress.

Sydney based producer Michael Salisbury, also known as Cabu, dropped an incredibly infectious “Stay Lost” remix originally performed by Joe Hertz featuring Amber-Simone. The remix is currently topping the Hypem charts, and rightly so. You can’t help but turn this tune up and sway in your seat at work while you count the hours. Let this brilliant remix take you to another level.

Coming soon via Juicebox Recordings.

Show it some love on Hypem too.

Electronic | Listen to Australian producer Husky’s new summertime jam

Australian house producer Husky takes us into summer with his latest single “Stars”, featuring UK singer/songwriter Official Nancie. From the artist: “I loved Nancie’s tone, strength and melodic runs, so I knew we could create something special together” – and they seriously did just that. “Stars”. Husky’s chilled piano chords and Official Nancie’s vocals work together perfectly, creating something that is great for the dance floor as well as a day out on the beach. Just incase you didn’t take my word for it, stream the track above and be sure to grab a copy when it’s officially released on April 29th!

3LAU is well known for all his work off the stage, but now, the young Las Vegas producer and DJ has taken his philanthropic work to a whole new level. On April 8th, 3LAU officially launched ‘blume’, the first not-for-profit dance music label with a mission to unite dance music listeners world-wide around philanthropic causes. With the start of a label, 3LAU gives us his brand new track, “Is It Love” featuring the lovely vocals of Yeah Boy. While different from what we’ve heard from 3LAU, it still contains the emotional aspect we’ve found in all of his music. This track is a must listen and must download, especially with all earned sales and streams of the record being donated to Pencils of Promise, an education-based nonprofit that funds school construction in the developing world. We salute you, Justin Blau. Thank you for making a difference.

IMLAY is one of Korea’s best future bass artists. There’s something sweet about the way he does it, his sound always comes across like alot of hard work was poured into it to make it pop.

“Dream Catcher (IMLAY Remix)” is no different, well-plucked melodies and moment-capturing chord progressions glide through your speakers and across the room. Enveloping gentle Japanese lyrics with sun-kissed future bass sound.

Abstract Hip-Hop, Artists, Chill, Freestyle, Indie, Pop | Leah Haxhi Remedies the Weekday Blues with her New Single “Okay” prod. IAmRizwan

Posted by on January 26, 2016

Leah Haxhi is a singer songwriter currently working on her upcoming album in NYC. She paired with Bangladeshi producer IAmRizwan to create this atmospheric track that makes us feel like everything will be “Okay”. She free-styled the song in one take and then added harmonies to build out the song and create the organic feeling of the single. Leah is working with various producers and labels such as Afrojack, Armada Music, and MixMash Deep. We last gave you a taste of her EDM style with Armada’s record “When We Were Young” by Jaylex ft. Leah Haxhi, but here she shows us once again that her style cannot be put into any box.
