This promo just landed in my dropbox and I have to say I was blown away. The boys at Room8 have flipped the original tune and added a futuristic element oriented by midnight sounds and carried away into a 90s inspired rock vibe. This one is catchy – they utilized the vocals effectively and constructed a quality tune. I’m very impressed by Room8 and look forward to what they have in store for us.

Sigma’s “Nobody To Love” was a huge record, and Treo, the trio from LA, took the Drum n Bass record to Electro-house land, layered with a progressive/pop vibe for that crossover appeal. Just when I thought Pep and Rash were all of out tricks, they go and release their remix to Goshen’s mega-smash “Klanga” with incredible results. Keeping the sexy vibe of the original mix intact is never an easy task. However, Pep & Rash managed to do just that, capturing the sax-heavy vibe with added production that gives “Klanga” new life. Pep and Rash’s “Klanga” remix is out on Beatport the 28th. God tier remix. Keep an eye on Pep & Rash. They’re a force to be reckoned with. Hit that sax!

Yoo, Cazzette just released an excellent house record “Blind Heart,” which dabbles in between deep house and progressive, which is the vibe electronic music is headed towards, and personally I’ve got that fever. I wish I knew who was behind the vocals, almost tempted to say Seinabo Sey, but I’m most likely wrong, either way, this track has soul, and for a rainy Thursday, you can let your head down and lose it to the music, this is a must listen, check the Spotify exclusivity!

If you’ve been following Tigerblood, you’ll see that there’s been a consistent pattern of bangers released one after another. This Coldplay remix keeps a little bit of the original’s vibe, with a whole new twist. Horns and trap beats deck out this chill remix with style. I’m usually not a fan of the typical trap horns, but in Tigerblood’s case I’m willing to make an exception seeing as how they were used in a unique way. Dreamy and floaty, this remix is a another to reason to keep an eye on Tigerblood. You can grab this one for free on Facebook.
