House | Oliver Heldens – Koala (Michael Calfan Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on December 6, 2014
I never post previews. It’s almost pointless. When I do, you know it’s something serious. I heard Michael Calfan’s “Koala” remix today and I lost it. Of course, it’s no where to be found on Soundcloud so we’ll be waiting until an official version releases. In the mean time, this will have to suffice. Michael Calfan has been extremely hot as of late with the release of his massive “Prelude” single on Spinnin’ Records. Earlier today he announced his December gigs, which will take him to Italy, Scotland, and South Africa. It’s good to be Michael Calfan right now. Turn this “Koala” remix all the way up. It’s something else.
Electro-House | Maddix – Send Us Some Bottles
Posted by Middy on February 17, 2014
One of the byproducts of his studio sessions during the past few months in South Africa, Pablo Rindt, or Maddix, has released another barnstormer of a tune, “Send Us Some Bottles”. He hits us again with riveting builds and powerful, grinding saws grounded by a thumping bass line. Another freebee from the young Dutchman, he continues to impress with his high-octane electro house tunes.

Dubstep | MartyParty – Lil Wayne Pussy Money Weed
Posted by GMONEY on September 26, 2011
MartyParty, born and raised in South Africa, has been coined the Iggy Pop of electronic music. Marty picked up Ableton Live in 2005 and began to learn the art of music production. His sound is a hybrid of electronic music, dubstep and hip hop that together forms a totally new flavor of urban beat with the pretty hypnotic elements of electronic music and hard-hitting bass. This stuff is perfect for those listeners who need to be eased into “harder” genres such as dubstep. Big ups to Katie for sending us this gem.
