Chill, House | The Him Goes Big On New Original “Feels Like Home”
Posted by VMan on December 7, 2015
The Him is the perfect symbol for what the chill house movement has become, representing this unique balance between chill, pop, and dance that hits the spot and makes the scene shine. The duo caught my eye a couple of months ago when their Chainsmokers remix went viral.
Last week, the Amsterdam duo dropped “Feels Like Home.” A warm original that sweeps you up and takes you along for the ride. A synth fused with a cut-up vocals sample makes up the drop – a fantastic highlight of the single. From the fine-tuned instrument choice to the overall sunny vibe of ‘Feels Like Home,” it’s clear The Him have hit a home run.
