It’s no secret that Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles” alongside the Mannequin Challenge has swept the nation – and with every track that charts in the top 10 comes a myriad of remixes. Today, we see one from Aash Mehta, who is coming off of two straight remixes hitting #1 on HypeM. Aash took MAKJ’s remix of the song and flipped the drop into a future-bass banger that will go off in clubs and DJ sets, as well as being enjoyable just to listen to. You probably know the Cash Money records signed Stafford Brothers by now and have heard of M35 for their tunes “Revolution 909” and “Go!” alongside MAKJ. Short and to the point, this tune wastes no time getting right the gritty, hard-hitting electro house that M35 has made his mark with. They switch things up a little, moving away from the bass line used in his last two tunes, but still keeping the power found in those. This is a big collab from the three LA based producers.

It seems like yesterday when MAKJ hit 100,00 Facebook fans, but with success of “Countdown” alongside Hardwell and recent touring, MAKJ has doubled his Facebook total in only a few months to 200k. To celebrate he has given away a new single “Mad Max”. It samples the sounds of cars accelerating, drawing upon his youth as a professional race car driver in China, while adding his electro house pizazz and a churning, rolling bass line. MAKJ & Henry Fong both had very successful releases on Hysteria Records this summer, “Springen” and “Jump” respectively, so it makes sense for both of them to return to the label that has been so instrumental to the growth of their careers. 2013 has been outstanding for the two of them and it is fitting that they team up on a track. Blaring horns carry over a churning bass line and gritty electro beats, with a vocal that won’t let you keep your hands at your sides. Henry Fong has his remix of “Without You” coming on the 10th and MAKJ has his remix for Nervo’s “Not Taking This No More” coming on Friday, so December is only getting started for them.
