I’m not one to bash modern hip-hop saying things like “lyricism is dead” and what not, but Big K.R.I.T.’s lyricism and subject matter is much more potent than most. In the past year Krit has generated a tremendous buzz amongst hip-hop heads everywhere. So with no further adieu, here is the download link to ReturnOf4Eva. Here are visuals to SoLo’s latest track, The News, directed by Jon Kilmer. The track itself is more laid back, and its obvious that SoLo stuck to his hip-hop roots, which work great for him. There isn’t a download link for this song just yet, but expect one in the near future. Below are two tracks which I cam across in the chat box today from an artist named Freaky Jon P. I’ll admit that I’m usually quick to shoot down chat box submissions (email please bruh) but Jon P’s lyrical content really caught my ears. His intelligence really shines through his music.

Tayyib Ali sent over the visuals to his first single off his upcoming mixtape “Keystone State Of Mind,” tentatively scheduled to drop in April. This past month the young gun hopped on two back to back sold out shows with Wiz Khalifa. Even more impressive is the fact that their team hand selected Tayyib for the bill (he beat out several FNT regulars). Shouts to hit manager Chris for allowing us to post the download link.
