Electro, Trap | Flight Facilities – Stand Still feat. Micky Green (Wave Racer remix)
Posted by dshaq on December 9, 2013
Wave Racer has been one of my favorite new artists with his bouncy take on so many different songs. The Future Classic label is stacked and Australia is budding with emerging new producers and Wave Racer is at the forefront. The whistles mixed with the bouncy bass and catchy synths are magical. This one is going to be on repeat forever, and I’ve already been stuck on his Always Remix, which I will post below. Get in tune with Wave Racer and his social media outlets below and show some love!

Progressive House | Audien ft. Ruby Prophet – Circles
Posted by Middy on December 7, 2013

Audien has had a breakout year, and what better way to cap it off than with a track on the label that released “Leaving You” and that encapsulates the progressive Audien sound. This is the second collaboration between Audien and Ruby Prophet, following up their 2012 single on Zouk, “These Are The Days”. “Circles” has all the same stylistic similarities with a catchy melody, just the right amount of the vocals and the vintage Audien touch.

Indie, Progressive House | The Colourist – Fix This (The Chainsmokers Remix) [Preview]
Posted by Mel on December 6, 2013

The Chainsmokers continue with their rapid pace of releases with a remix to The Colourist’s “Fix This”. It has a similar same vibe as many of their previous indie-house tracks but instead of the light, cheery sound that is usually a custom to them, it has a bit of a darker tone. It is an official remix but the label told them they didn’t want the song available for sale or free download so as of right now, it is streaming only.
Electro-House | MAKJ & Henry Fong – Encore
Posted by Middy on December 2, 2013
MAKJ & Henry Fong both had very successful releases on Hysteria Records this summer, “Springen” and “Jump” respectively, so it makes sense for both of them to return to the label that has been so instrumental to the growth of their careers. 2013 has been outstanding for the two of them and it is fitting that they team up on a track. Blaring horns carry over a churning bass line and gritty electro beats, with a vocal that won’t let you keep your hands at your sides. Henry Fong has his remix of “Without You” coming on the 10th and MAKJ has his remix for Nervo’s “Not Taking This No More” coming on Friday, so December is only getting started for them.

Electronic, Techno, Trap | Brodinski feat. Theophilus London – Gimme Back The Night (Ateph Elidja Remix)
Posted by Spice on November 27, 2013

Ateph Elidja is the newest member of the Bromance Records family, so it seems appropriate that one of his first official releases is a remix of label head Brodinski’s “Gimme Back The Night.” The original was dark and brooding to begin with, but this spacey and supremely industrial treatment takes it to another level. The Parisians are definitely not slacking in the creepy department these days, but I’m totally digging the vibes.

Electro-House, Exclusive, Preview | Sgt Slick – POW! (FTampa Remix) [FNT Premiere]
Posted by Middy on November 16, 2013
Felipe Tampa, better known as, FTampa has become a regular on Australian label Vicious Recordings, with his track “Kick it Hard” becoming a late summer favorite by many big name festival DJs, his recent remix of “Remember To Breath” still getting heavy airplay here and “Hero” receiving support from Hardwell, among others. Now he returns to a task familiar to the Brazilian, remixing, setting his sights on fellow label member Sgt Slick’s upcoming single “POW!”. FTampa builds on the character of the original, while adding his own energetic blend of driving saws and punchy kicks. We have the exclusive first preview for you here before it is released on Monday, so stream is in full now and preview the original in full exclusively as well.
Progressive House | Hardwell ft. Matthew Koma – Dare You
Posted by Middy on November 13, 2013
The newly crowned most popular DJ in the world, Hardwell gives us his first single since “Never Say Goodbye” back in May. The track was first released on Shazam last week, giving people a taste of the track (as if they can’t do that with rips on youtube), but everyone really wanted the full version out today. “Dare You” is one of poppier tracks that we have seen from Hardwell, but refreshingly leaves behind the minimal festival style that has become the norm for his label for a more uplifting, melodic take.
