FNT is proud to present the first legit footage of fan favorite Kinetics & One Love doing their thang in the studio. Watch Kinetics rip the mike as he freestlyes over a signature One Love beat at the Atlantic studio in NYC. It’s rumored that the duo is working closely with Wynter Gordon to lay down some serious tracks that one-up their “Graduation” collaboration posted below. I’ve been waiting all weekend for K&1L to drop this track. As suspected, when you combine the melodic hooks of Wynter Gordon with the signature dynamic vibe of Kinetics & One Love, you’re left with a straight up BANGER. Just doing a casual Friday blog n beer…Anyways rumor has it that Kinetics & One Love have been collaborating with Wynter Gordon (best know for her song Dirty Talk and her hook on Flo-rida’s “Sugar”) to bring college students nationwide a graduation song. Oh and one more thing, K&1L will be releasing the track through FNT this weekend so stay tuned. Below is an older but still fresh K&1L track that’s guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

With school wrapping up, it’s time for some summer kick off jams. While I can’t truly place the songs below under one category (hence the vague title “Summer Jams”), what I can guarantee is that all of these tracks will leave your heads bobbing and feet tapping.
Due to popular demand, I’ve decided to post yet another Kinetics & One Love track (many more to come). Below is K&1L’s original version of “Airplanes” which the duo sold to Atlantic records. For those of you who are out of the loop, B.o.B’s rendition of the song which we previously posted is currently #5 on the Billboard’s hot 100 chart. I’ve also thrown a brand-spanking-new techno version of “Airplanes” into the mix for our bass-heads.

Considering the quality of music that Kinetics & One Love produces at the comfort of their frat house, these Ivy League shmucks (and I only say that out of pure jealousy) are one of the most underrated groups to hit my eardrums in a long while. It’s time to go back to the drawing board because these two are definitely redefining electro-hop. Their music consists of clever rhymes and flawless integrations of sounds common to the electro, hip-hop, and rap genres. They seem quite comfortable exploring the outskirts of the mainstream realm and aren’t afraid to switch up styles and sounds between their songs. Perhaps that’s what attracts me to their music. The generic sound of music these days has become monotonous, leaving me with a thirst that Kinetics & One Love easily quenches through their distinct array of tracks. If they hadn’t already sold their “Airplanes” instrumentals and vocals to B.o.B (thus solidifying their name in the music industry), I’d claim to have discovered a musical gem. I highly recommend you download their full album “Fading Back to Normal” for free off of their official site HERE. If however you don’t want to take that leap of faith, I’ve posted a few tracks below that showcase their signature and innovative vibe quite well.
