Eric Prydz - Liberate

Eric Prydz is the man. What was previously titled the “Waterpark ID” by his ID hungry fans on the torturous Eric Prydz forum (so many unreleased songs, it is hard to deal with) has been given a name by the melodic master “Liberate”. This is the type of a song that makes you feel like you are floating on a bed of cumulous clouds while being gently massaged by a warm sun rays and a steady breeze as you drink a cold mojito. Close your eyes and let Eric Prydz take you away. No word on release date, but it will be the title track from his next EP. Also if you are in Miami on March 27th, you are going to Eric Prydz’s party with Deadmau5 at the Ice Palace, it is just going to happen. It is the best party that night in town, hands down, no questions asked, where do you sign.

Don’t get me wrong – I love how electronic music has been evolving recently; but this remix from Vendetta is a refreshing genre throwback that will make your head spin (in the best way possible). With a precise mixture of dubstep and drumstep, these San Francisco-based pioneers will leave you craving more of their sound with this completely revamped version of Just a Gent’s “A Song of Fire and Ice.” If you’re a fan of what the boys over at Adventure Club have been doing, then this track is a must listen. Ambient, Drum & Bass, Electro | GXSP – I.C.E.

Posted by on October 6, 2013

This dude has got some serious underground talent. People in the UK love him, so I think it’s about time we all get on the GXSP bandwagon. ‘I.C.E.’ drops at about 1:30 and it HITS. With a bouncy melody and great subs, here’s the tune of the hour to wind down to on your mellow (or not so mellow) Sunday night.
