French Dj/ Producer, Tristan Garner has released his single “Punx” as an ode the french legends “Daft Punk”. Being a member of the Daft Punk generation of French Djs with Gregori Klosman, Arno Cost, Norman Doray and others, who all grew up listening to the signiature sounds of their countrymen Daft Punk, it only makes sense for him to put out this track as a tribute to these great producers. The track is incredible in its own right, playing heavily on the Daft Punk sound and it does work live. Get it on Beatport.

Also check out his set from his Xtra Life show at Queen club in Paris last Friday, where he had total control of the crowd and put together some amazing bootlegs, even though he tore open a huge gash on his index finger in the first few minutes of the set. It was a crazy night with Tim Mason demolishing his opening set then disappearing in the back room with some blonde and the Tristan coming on to finish it off. Matisse and Sadko are yet another pair of Russian Djs who are making waves on the EDM scene. “Amulet” is a change of pace from their very piano, synthey singles, “Svenska“, and “Hi Scandinavia” and they go with a more low key, deep house type of song that shows their production capabilities and mastery of multiple styles. Their single with Arty, “Trio”, coming out next year is going to be huge, so beware of these guys in 2012. Get it on BEATPORT.

This song just has something about that makes you happy with its uplifting piano melody. It is not overly complex in its structure, but it is uplifting progressive house, with some quality vocals laid down by the vocalist Andreas Moe, from Avicii’s “Fade Into Darkness“. Get it on BEATPORT.

Finally, we have the massive tune, “Kameha” from the fast rising French DJ, Gregori Klosman. As previewed back in September, this is set to be a huge hit all winter and spring and maybe even into the summer. Coming off of his wonderful remix of “Titanium”, Gregori Klosman shows no signs of slowing down and will be a major force in 2012. Get this on Beatport HERE.

The much anticipated remix package for David Guetta’s hit single “Titanium” has been released today almost suddenly to get on the bandwagon of monster releases today. With such highly reputed names like Alesso, Gregori Klosman and Nicky Romero getting on this remix package, this definitely has to be one of the best remix releases this year. Choosing the best one is very difficult between in my opinion, Arno Cost who delivers an outstanding remix, Gregori Klosman with a great smooth synth laden build and a growling break and Alesso’s masterful rendition of this song. Nicky Romero’s is quite good as well with a heavier break. Sia’s voice works perfectly for this remarkable remix package. I may have a biased opinion about this track only because Jaws was filmed on my home of Marthas Vineyard. This is a DOPE house track.
