Bootleg, Electro | Danny Brown – Dip (Ghost Hunna Bootleg)
Posted by admin on October 24, 2013
Some of you probably remember a few weeks back when I unleashed “Look Out!” to the FNT readers, a bass-heavy medley from NYC producer, Ghost Hunna. Well, Yung Hunna -no affiliation to Yung Humma– has returned to blow our minds once more.
This go-round Hunna steers away from his original production and hops aboard Danny Brown’s eccentric, “Dip”, in an attempt to make it even more outlandish. And, folks, he accomplished the impossible. The only element which you should expect in this bootleg is the element which you least expected. “Dip” is all across the board, complete with broken chords and a pounding UK-style bass line perfect for the club, car, or kitchen.
Bass, Electro | Ghost Hunna – Look Out!

Ghost Hunna’s Gucci is so flossy and his broads are all so bossy, the perfect combination for a spastic new song (I think). Featured on Fresh New Tracks about a month ago for the ambient-house production, “Talkin’ That“, Hunna has returned with a totally new and bass-heavy medley. “Look Out!” begins with a deep-rooted bassline, but slowly unravels out in to the ‘Spazz House’ party track that we were promised. And, although some of the components of the song can get slightly repetitive, the track is a repository of enough different sounds to keep it incredibly entertaining.
A +1 must also be award for proper integration of Zelda gameplay sounds. Ghost Hunna has slowly, but surely begun to kill the game, a realization which is hard to deny. Grab the free download below and be sure to give him a shout on Twitter!
Electro, House | Ghost Hunna – Talkin’ That

A fresh face to the scene, Ghost Hunna, is two songs deep and already making quite the imprint on the blogosphere. With album art and music moniker that scream hip-hop, Ghost Hunna might surprise you with his electronic-house musical stylings. Hunna’s first release about a month ago was titled “Smellin’ Like I’m Rich” and was just about as ‘house’ as one can get.
“Talkin’ That”, on the other hand, is bridging the ever-closing gap between hip-hop and electronic music. The track features some beautifully chopped vocals and an airy, ambient sound similar to what I imagine The Weeknd would sound like if he were to ever record something semi-uplifting/cheerful/joyous.
Ghost Hunna is on to something big here and this is truly just the beginning. Be sure to check out the song and leave your feedback below, as I’m sure there will be plenty more to come.
