House | Jacob A & Neevald – Everything’s Alright (Going Deeper Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on November 5, 2014

Tune city! Jacob A & Neevald’s “Everything’s Alright” is a banger on it’s own. Going Deeper came in and brought it to another level. This isn’t a new track by any means, however, as future house grows many of these tracks that hit before “future house” was a thing are being re-discovered. Going Deeper’s “Everything’s Alright” remix is available now on Beatport. Go pick that bad boy up. 1Deeper.

House | Otto Knows – Parachute (Camel Phat Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on November 1, 2014

Camel Phat is no stranger to the site. Their “Special” remix was stuff of legend. Premiered on MixMag earlier this month Camel Phat’s “Parachute” remix brings a new feel to Otto Knows’s biggest record. Deep house future house call it what you want. This new offering from Camel Phat is something else.
Girl Fire | Oliver Heldens f. KStewart- Last All Night (Koala)
Posted by BIGLIFE on October 9, 2014

We’ve made our feelings pretty well known to the blogosphere about Oliver Helden’s original “Koala” track that dropped a few months ago. To say we didn’t like it would be putting it nicely. Premiered on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show last night, Oliver offers up the vocal version titled “Last All Night” with KStewart via FFRR. KStewart’s vocal contribution is notable, adding some much needed depth and variation to the track. I still think the drop is suspiciously similar to “Gecko” and I’m not going to back down from that criticism. Many of our counterparts in the blog world agree. Oliver may sound like Charlie Brown’s teacher, but he makes damn good tunes and you have to respect him for the shift in the “EDM” space he’s creating. Here’s to hoping Oliver finds a new synth to incorporate into his future house sound. If you’re into this, be sure to pick up the pre-order available below.

House | Sander Van Doorn & Oliver Heldens – THIS
Posted by Middy on September 18, 2014
Fans of these two have been waiting quite some time for this one. It seems like everyone wants a piece of the Oliver Heldens brand of “future house” and he is eager to dish it out, with very little changed. It is one thing to find a signature sound, which is incredibly difficult to do unto itself, but to be able to evolve within that and expand creatively is one of the marks of a great producer. “THIS” sounds an awful like “Gecko” and you can hear some influence of Sander van Doorn, but not much. The tune comes out October 6th and will probably be another Beatport chart topping hit.
Hip-Hop | Sean Leon – September 7th
Posted by BIGLIFE on September 9, 2014

Sean Leon, probably the next big thing out of the TO, has done it again with his smooth flow and flawless production. The production uses beautiful piano and is a perfect release until Sean Leon puts out his next project. I hope this holds you over, cause I really hope there are more like this in the future.
House | Dash Berlin & Jay Cosmic f. Collin McLoughlin – Here Tonight (Gama & Alby Loud Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on September 5, 2014

While “Here Tonight” continues to climb the charts and experience regular play on Sirius’s “BPM” channel, Gama and Alby Loud release their house (dare I say future house?) remix of Dash Berlin, Jay Cosmic, and Collin McLoughlin’s summer smash off Dash Berlin’s “We Are, Pt. 1” out now on Armada. Although this isn’t an official remix, they definitely brought a very unexpected vibe to this banger of a track. Keep an eye out for Gama and Alby Loud, they’re young, hungry, and making moves.
