Hip-Hop, Mixtapes, Techno | NaPalm- Get It In

Posted by on July 27, 2010

Napalm and his Chi-town team have produced one of the summer’s hottest mixtapes (Dirty Girls Like Dirty Beats), but that shouldn’t surprise most of our followers who are well aware of their unrivaled passion and bulletproof swagger. Rather than concentrating on top 40 hooks and beats, these hustlers created a project full of singular works like the filthy track below. Lupe’s famed producer, Prolyfic, put together the beat in “Get It In” for Na Pizzy. In true Napalm fashion, the creative team decided to show the blog scene some love by releasing one track a day to various sites over the course of seven days. FreshNewTracks is honored to kick off this “Just the Tip” tactic, and although these boner jams are an ear-tease, we guarantee the foreplay will be well worth it in the end. Be sure to follow NaPalm on Facebook, Twitter, and his official website to get updates on upcoming gigs and projects. This is a Fresh New Tracks world premiere.

When I was a Freshman, I once had dinner with Project Pat and Lil Wyte. It was perhaps the most awkward experience of my life. A friend had hired them for a show in Dallas, and he was scheduled perform at a party later that night. As expected, we took so long at dinner that we were running late for the performance. Plus, everyone had been drinking too much (including Project Pat). So we closed our tab out at dinner after what felt like days. Project Pat’s manager had their car there, and they couldn’t drive because they were so drunk. So, they said, “Yo, we need you to drive us to the venue”. Of course, I complied. The whole ride over was project pat talking on his bluetooth (So 2005) awkwardly. When we finally got to the venue, people mobbed us. Did I feel like a rock star? Of course I did. However, they gave a horrendous performance. Moral of the story, don’t ever hire Project Pat or Lil Wyte to perform. They’re a waste of $20,000 and they don’t fulfill their contractual obligations.
