THIS TRACK IS MONUMENTAL. Never in a million years would I have ever expected the Foo Fighters to release a Deadmau5 track on their own studio album, (which can be bought here) but they just did it. Deadmau5 keeps that heavy signature feel we’ve been seeing from him lately in songs like Sofi Needs A Ladder and brings a grungy electro feel yet still stays within the lines of rock.

In addition to the two songs posted by Joel on his Soundcloud yesterday–mau5 fans have yet another new track to download. This one most definitely has a different feel from the others. Although he adds his usual, electro touch to the Foo Fighters’ single, “Rope,” the song’s original “rock sound” is retained. I’m not too sure how I feel about said retention, yet I figured some of you FNT’ers may enjoy such variation.
