Mashups | DJ Dibella – Winter Drunkerland | Mashups
Posted by BIGLIFE on February 20, 2011

This pretty much has BIGLIFE written all over it – you need to listen to this project. Productions like these restore my faith in the art of mashups. Too many people discredit tracks like these claiming they lack originality and craftsmanship. The verses and beats might be recycled but, as in the case of DJ Dibella, the combinations bring a refreshingly new sound to my ear drums. At times I felt like my high school mixer memories were clashing with my college party days. Revisiting forgotten bangers like “Kiss Kiss” and Daft Punk’s “Around The World” while simultaneously hitting Deadmau5 tracks is the perfect formula for an instant eargasm. We’ve posted plenty of his tracks on FNT and will continue to do so but if you’re craving more, check out his Soundcloud, Facebook page and Twitter for additional content.

Hip-Hop | Sam Adams – Letter To The Lost | Hip-Hop
Posted by BIGLIFE on February 17, 2011

Well we finally seem to be back on our feet so it’d only be appropriate to welcome everybody back with Sam’s latest project “Letter To The Lost”. This is different from the tracks we are used to but it seems as though people have been welcoming it with open arms. And if you’re not digging this one, don’t fret because Boston’s Boy has some serious bangers up his sleeve that FNT has been lucky enough to preview. And by some I mean at least ten to fifteen.

Not much to say here folks, just doing a little bit of catch up with some FNT fan favorites. Brenton Duvall chopped it up with me this past weekend so I had to give him the headliner on this post. Check out the dope video done by Chris Taylor, it provides some insight about the song while also illustrating young Brents talents.

Well folks, 90’s Finest is back at it again. While they continue to work on their debut mixtape, they decided to drop a little heat to keep their fans hungry for more. On this track, 90’s Finest creates a party anthem over a truly infectious beat produced by Adam1Time which samples the classic Journey hit “Don’t Stop Believin.” 90’s Finest and Adam1Time have been garnering quite a following here on FNT over the past few months, and if you haven’t yet, be sure to check out 90’s Finest on their facebook and Adam1Time on his facebook
