To make up for the wait for his Cater IV album, Weezy threw together this mixtape of freestyles over popular beats, much like No Ceilings and his previous mixtapes. I know we’ve been ragging on Wayne a lot, saying that hes fallen off and what not (which he has), but there are actually some decent raps on this tape’. That being said, can Wayne still generate the sales with Carter IV like he did with Carter III ? Personally I don’t think he can, considering that he doesn’t have half the hype he had back when C3 dropped. Nonetheless, I’m eager to see what Wayne does when he drops C4 August 29th.
