I apologize for the lack of posting as of late – I went from exams into graduation week and now I’m posting up in South Beach for a minute. The Bloody Beetroots have squeezed 18 of their best remixes into one album–set to release on Valentine’s Day. Best Of…Remixes will feature The Chemical Brothers, MSTRKRFT and many others. For the past three years, The Bloody Beetroots have pleased the ears of electronic music lovers. I’m sort of thankful this compilation is dropping on the 14th (my girlfriends and I will most definitely play the album, in all of its “historical” glory, before going out). Cheers to being single!

I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight our featured mixtape “Girls and Headphones” which was compiled by OnTrak Entertainment. I have been having a tough time coming up with a succinct explanation for this project, because this compilation really allows the listener to travel through a number of different genres. The majority of the tracks feature clean vocals over a progressive RnB vibe, but the production team has thrown in a number of unique tracks influenced by country, reggae, and hip-hop.
